One day, I went to the countryside to distribute articles to clarify the truth [about Falun Gong]. I put the articles in small red packages and left them either by the doors or threw them into the courtyards. When I was about half way through, a man suddenly appeared behind me. He was riding a bike and asked me, "Where do you come from?"

I thought to myself, I needed to use my wits. I replied, "Brother, before I answer your question, could you please tell me your business?" Upon hearing this, he came up to me and grabbed me by the arm forcibly, "do you know who I am? If you don't tell me where you come from, I will call 110 (911's equivalent in China) now and you will have to answer to them."

At that moment, I was a bit ruffled and nervous. But I remembered what Teacher said to do, "Validate the Fa with reason, clarify the truth with wisdom, spread the Fa and offer people salvation with benevolence." Since he seemed to know already, why don't I just face it straight on? So I put on a smile and said: "Jail is not exactly the right place for good people."

While still grabbing me, he pointed to the red package in the yard and asked, "What is this?" "It's a gift," I answered. "What exactly is inside the package?" he persisted. "Since you already know, I will give you one too." "No, I don't want it. I watch TV and read the newspapers, and I know everything," he refused.

"I am giving you the best thing there is," I told him as I slipped a red package in his coat. He shook his coat trying to get rid of the package, but it didn't fall out. I said lightheartedly: "Brother, why don't you let go of my arm so we can talk."

He looked at me and slowly loosened his grip. "Why are you doing this? Don't you have a family?" He asked. "Yes, I have children and I still have my parents. I am doing this only to let people know the truth about Falun Gong. It is for the good of the people," I said. I then told him the true story of Falun Dafa.

"You are really blinded and obsessed," he said. "No, I am not. I am very rational. We Falun Gong practitioners are doing this so that you will know the true story, and won't be deceived," I told him. He then slowly moved away as I spoke. I continued uninterrupted until I finished distributing all the packages.

As Teacher said in his new article, "Suggestion": "Under the present circumstance, Dafa practitioners need to clarify the truth and expose the evil to the world thereby safeguarding Dafa. Your individual advance and consummation will take place during this process." (not official translation) What I experienced today was a test for me, and to help me upgrade my xinxing.
