In Celebration of May 13th -- The 9th Anniversary of the Introduction of Falun Dafa and World Falun Dafa Day

May 13, 2001

Nine years ago in China, on May 13, 1992, an invaluable cultivation practice system was revealed to mankind for the very first time. On that day, Mr. Li Hongzhi gave the people of the world a most precious gift -- Falun Dafa.

To memorialize this great historic moment, sharing the same understanding, Falun Dafa Associations in Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Northern Europe, Switzerland, Singapore, Taiwan and the United States, expressed their aspirations in a special way by proclaiming May 13, 2000 as the first annual World Falun Dafa Day.

In the past nine years, the fortunate practitioners who have discovered Falun Dafa have benefited greatly, both physically and mentally, by following the principle of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance."Falun Dafa has changed millions of people's lives in China and other areas around the world.

Today, we have not forgotten about our fellow practitioners in China. They are still making continuous efforts to help all Chinese people regain their freedom of belief. We invite all kind-hearted people worldwide to express their support and encouragement to people who are devoted to their beliefs.

In celebration of this joyful day, May 13th, Falun Dafa practitioners around the world will hold special events and group practices in their local areas. This is an excellent opportunity for more people to get to know about Falun Dafa and learn the exercises.
