He holds nothing back when hitting practitioners, and has become even more ruthless under the temptation of earning some "credit" and a bonus. He beats up almost every practitioner he catches. When he caught practitioner Yang Yuqiu, policeman Shi tied Yang's arms with one arm extending down from over the shoulder and the other extending up from behind the back. Yang was held in this position for over 3 hours; this torture caused the elderly woman a great deal of suffering. A 23-year-old security guard Li Qi caught practitioner Zhao. Zhao explained the truth of Falun Dafa to him, yet Li Qi illegally turned practitioner Zhao over to police in order to get the bonus offered by police stations for catching Dafa practitioners. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Criminal Accounts of Criminal Offense of Policeman Miao Zhuang from Dalian Bay In order to earn credit and a bonus, policeman Miao Zhuang from Dalian Bay often brutally beats Falun Dafa practitioners. He has also ransacked practitioners' homes numerous times without following any legal procedures. He has even forced practitioners to do his laundry. Practitioner Liu was caught while going to Beijing. Policeman Miao ordered Liu to stand for a whole night as a penalty, and the next day escorted Liu to a detention center for illegal detention. Another female practitioner was detained for two weeks for going to Beijing, after which policeman Miao sent her to a mental hospital where she was detained for a month. Finally, her family had to pay 5,000 Yuan RMB [Approximately 10-month salary of an average urban worker] to have her released on bail. The torture in the mental hospital has severely damaged this practitioner's mentally. After practitioner Wang Lin was caught for going to Beijing, policeman Miao Zhuang beat Wang so hard that his face was covered with sweat. He then ransacked Wang's home, and forcibly took away the only motorcycle Wang's family had to rely on for earning a living by transporting passengers. After Wang Lin's spouse went to Beijing, policeman Miao Zhuang again went to Wang's home to demand money. Oddly enough, as soon as he got to Wang's home, he was afflicted with a stomachache. Yet, he failed to learn a lesson and stop doing bad deeds; instead he went even further in persecuting Dafa practitioners. In the end, he had Wang's house put on lien. In January 2001, policeman Miao Zhuang detained Wang and tortured Wang for an entire day. Miao Zhuang and another policemen had a guilty conscience and were afraid having their actions revealed. In order to take Wang Lin away, they entered the practitioner's home by jumping over the wall during the night. When illegally ransacking Wang's home, the police took the only 100 Yuan that Wang's family had. Their actions are no different from that of robbers. Policeman Miao Zhuang has been even promoted to principal of Songjia Elementary School for actively suppressing Falun Gong. He is still committing criminal deeds to this day.
