He has hung up many Dafa practitioners and beat them ferociously. He even forced practitioners to write guarantee letters to renounce Dafa. He had also capatured four Dafa practitioners and ruthlessly tortured them. Recently, he also took ruthless action against ordinary people of the town. Some protestors (not Falun Gong practitioners) got a hold of him and beat him into unconsciousness.
