Righteous Thoughts from the Families of Dafa Practitioners
Jan. 2, 2002
- During the Chinese New Year holiday in 2001, police in a certain city of
Jilin Province seized a Dafa Practitioner in her home and took her to the
Police Station. Her husband immediately went to the Police Station to
retrieve her. He asked the police, "Does it matter that she practises
Falun Gong? I want her to practise. Falun Gong is good. She benefited from
it. Her health has improved. How does that harm anyone else?" He took
hold of his wife's clothing and took her home. The policemen at the station
stared at each other, speechless.
- In November 2001, the police of a certain city in Jilin Province came to
suspect that a Dafa practitioner was distributing Dafa materials. Four
policemen broke into her home, intending to conduct a search. Her
non-practitioner husband demanded of the police, "Search what? For what
reason? How can I let you search my home casually like that?" Seeing
the situation, the police wanted to take this Dafa practitioner with them to
the police station. Her husband then said, "No, she's not going. All of
you, get out of my house." With that, he pushed all four policemen out
of the door.
