(Clearwisdom.net) By request of Jiang Zemin, the Chinese Embassy in
Moscow, Russia was going to hold a two-week photo exhibition that slandered
Falun Dafa. The Russian practitioners sent out righteous thoughts together.
Because no one in Moscow wanted to rent out a place for this kind of evil
exhibition, the Embassy had to hold the exhibition in its own building and
invited some Russians and a small number of overseas Chinese to attend. Some
visitors questioned, "How does the Party have the right to judge others'
beliefs and call it an 'evil religion'? Almost every country in the world
advocates freedom of belief. Your ruling Party in China says the same, doesn't
it? The Party has no right to determine what kind of religion others
practice." In the end, the evil exhibition only lasted three hours.
The Chinese Embassy in St. Petersburg finally found a place in a library that
didn't know the truth that was willing to hold this two-week evil exhibition.
The practitioners in St. Petersburg sent out righteous thoughts to eliminate the
evil behind this plan. At the same time they kept clarifying the truth to the
government officials and achieved unexpectedly good results.
- A Russian State Congressman, who is also the Chairman of the State
Committee of Nationality Issues, wrote a letter to the city government of
St. Petersburg and expressed his strong disagreement with such a Chinese
propaganda activity that was about to happen on the soil of another country.
He pointed out: "Such an exhibition might be a political scheme to
violate the legal rights of any Russian citizens who have freedom to
organize or join any legal social organization."
- Several major officials in the St. Petersburg City Council stated that
since they knew the truth of Falun Dafa, they would not go to the
exhibition. One official said, "Your [Falun Gong practitioner] eyes
show sincerity and truth; I believe you. I also know about the violation of
human rights in China. I would like to do my best to help you."
- On the first day of the news conference, the officials from the Chinese
Embassy arrived late and found out that except for a few invited Russian
guests, there were almost 30 Dafa practitioners waiting for them. The news
conference provided a good opportunity for the practitioners to clarify the
truth to the media.
- In order to get more people to come to the exhibit, the Chinese Embassy
invited overseas Chinese college students to visit the exhibition. The Dafa
practitioners were glad to grasp this opportunity. Dafa materials were
distributed to everyone inside the room and at every entrance and no one was
missed. Most of the people accepted the materials and sincerely listened to
the stories told by the practitioners. Thanks, Master, for such a perfect
arrangement.
- The exhibition formally opened the next day. When a staff person working
there met a practitioner, they thought this practitioner was a regular
visitor and said, "The exhibition has been canceled. There is no need
to come." The practitioner later found out that it was because the
staff person learned the truth about Falun Gong and resisted the exhibition
by telling people not to go.
- There was only one visitor who showed up for the exhibition. After the
practitioners told him about the truth of the Falun Dafa, he didn't enter to
the room to see the exhibition; instead, he came to the practice site next
day.
Although the old forces arranged the exhibition in St. Petersburg, all of it
was within the control of Master.
