On March 22, nearly forty Falun Gong practitioners continued their weeklong appeal in the rain in front of the San Francisco City Hall. They called for the concern of the city government on the serious situation of Falun Gong practitioners caused by the "kill without mercy" order by the Jiang regime. City council member Chris Daily called for other council members and the mayor to condemn the persecution by the Chinese government, expose the lies of Jiang's regime and extend their help to the just causes of Falun Dafa. He pointed out that "Justice must win." Many governmental officials supported the Falun Gong practitioners' appeal.

The Stuttgarter Zeitung in Germany reported on March 21 that the speech by the German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer on the United Nations 58^th Session of the Commission of Human Rights in Geneva impressed many western diplomats. He emphasized that he remained critical of China's human rights situation. He also pointed out China must stop the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.

Three Things a Kind German Friend Did for Truth Clarification

A Fa experience sharing conference was held in a northern city in China. Practitioners sent forth righteous thoughts together, did group exercise and studied Teacher's recent articles. They also exchanged their understandings on the importance of righteous thoughts, and they especially discussed how to better clarify the truth in the future in order to carry out their Fa-rectification disciples' sacred mission. They also decided to set the day of March 21, the beginning of spring on the Chinese lunar calendar, as the local Falun Dafa Day.
