Falun Dafa Practitioners Practice and Send Forth Righteous Thoughts Outside the Chinese Consulate in Durban on "Freedom Day" of South Africa

May 1, 2002 |   Reported by Falun Dafa practitioners in Durban, South Africa

April 27 is "Freedom Day," a national public holiday in South Africa to memorialize the South African people's attainment of freedom. Many human rights groups held different activities to commemorate this day.

Falun Dafa practitioners went to the Chinese Consulate in Durban to make a peaceful appeal to end the murdering of Falun Dafa practitioners in Changchun and other places in China, and also to commemorate the "4.25" Zhongnanhai peaceful appeal.

Practitioners set up photo exhibition boards outside the consulate, practiced and sent forth righteous thoughts. Some drivers passing by slowed down their cars to watch us and some waved to us in support.
