Stories of Karmic Retribution

Sept. 21, 2002

(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionateáreminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape karmic retribution.

The Chief of the Zhao County Detention Center in Shijazhuang City, Hebei Province desecrated Falun Dafa. Practitioners told him the principle of karmic retribution and asked him to stop. Not listening, he said defiantly that if that was true, to let him have his karmic retribution right away. Three days later he was hit by a car, and his lower leg was broken in three places.

Officer Su in the Zhao County Detention Center attacked Falun Dafa. Practitioners told him the truth about Dafa and the persecution and explained to him the principle of karmic retribution. He did not believe it, continuing with his nonsense. The next day he had a collision when driving to Ningjin County, breaking his ankle.

Policeman Jing Ce at the Gao Village Police Station in Zhao County persecuted Falun Gong practitioners in Baihe Village repeatedly. He died suddenly at the police station on June 13. The incidence generated quite a shock locally. No one will participate in the persecution of Falun Gong any more because they have seen that doing so will incur karmic retribution.
