1. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, Please Be Alerted
On June 10th, the Guangzhou City "610 Office" [an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems] issued an urgent internal document, which ordered a new campaign of arrests and follow-up persecution targeting Falun Dafa practitioners.
2. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Twenty Falun Dafa Practitioners Unlawfully Arrested on May 25th
On May 25th, a total of twenty Falun Dafa practitioners were unlawfully abducted in Panjin City. Five female practitioners and two male practitioners have managed to escape from police captivity. One male practitioner has been sent back to Fushun City, Liaoning Province. One female practitioner remains in the detention center. Three other female practitioners are being held in the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. The remaining eight male practitioners have all been sent to the Panjin City Rehabilitation Institute, each serving three years of forced labor education.
3. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Han Yuejuan Unlawfully Detained for Over Three Years
Ms. Han Yuejuan was formerly the director of the Dongshan District Propaganda Department in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. Each year she was nominated a superb worker in her organization. Because of her sensitive position, she was arrested on July 20, 1999 and released in November of the same year. She was again arrested in June 2000. The police officers tried to entice her to write a statement declaring that she would give up practicing Falun Gong by promising her an immediate release. She has never given in to such demands and has remained in custody at the Tianpingjia Detention Center. Her family members are not allowed to see her. Her husband gave his life in service of his country, and her only son is facing the college enrollment examination this year. He has been living on his own without any support or help from adults.
4. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Ms. Li Shufang and Ms. Jiang Julan Abducted by Police Officers from the Xuefu Institute of the Sabei Properties Company
On the evening of May 12th, Ms. Li Shufang and Ms. Jiang Julan were followed and then abducted by police officers from the Xuefu Institute of the Sabei Properties Company. Both Li and Jiang are currently held in the city's detention center.

5. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Li Fentao Is Unlawfully Taken Away
On the morning of May 18th, four staff members from the security section of the No. 4 National Cotton Factory forcibly dragged Ms. Li Fentao out of her apartment, abducting her and taking her to the factory. Her current whereabouts is unknown.
6. [Qianjiang City, Hubei Province] Officers at the Guanghua Division of the Police Department Persecute Falun Dafa Practitioner He Decai and His Entire Family
On April 28, 2003, a group of officers from the Guanghua Division of the Qiangjiang City Police Department grabbed the key to Mr. He Decai's home from his child. They unlawfully entered Mr. He's home while he was not there and conducted an unwarranted search. Mr. He may have been forced to stay away from home to avoid the persecution. His whereabouts are unknown. The police officers once threatened Mr. He's wife Li Mingyun, who is also a Falun Dafa practitioner. In addition, the authorities have sent Yao Chengli, Xiong Guizhou, and Wang Gaoming to Mr. He's neighborhood to harass the family.
7. [Zhengding County, Hebei Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Unlawfully Held in the Zhengding County Detention Center Are Secretly Transferred Away
It has been reported that all of the Falun Dafa practitioners unlawfully held in the Zhengding County Detention Center have been transferred elsewhere. Two male Falun Dafa practitioners, who received ten-year and seven-year prison terms, were sent to Luquan City and later transferred to Tangshan City and Baoding City. The whereabouts of the two female Falun Dafa practitioners is unknown.
8. [Yueyang City, Hunan Province] The Junshan District "610 Office," the Head of Qianlianghu Town Meng Zhengxing, and Meng's Father Jointly Persecute Falun Dafa Practitioners
Recently, members of the Junshan District "610 Office" have conducted frequent forced searches of the homes of Falun Dafa practitioners. The work to clarify the truth about Falun Gong has been put on hold, and many opportunities to save the public have been spoiled. After investigation, one of the reasons turned out to be that the newly appointed head of Qianlianghu Town, Meng Zhengxing, clandestinely dispatched police officers to conduct the searches. His father Meng Xianyun has also been secretively gathering and passing along information to help him carry out his evil deeds.

9. [Yueyang City, Hunan Province] Facts about the Persecution of an Elderly Married Couple by the "610 Office" at the Linzhi Group Company
There is an elderly married couple who are Falun Dafa practitioners at the Linzhi Group Company in Yueyang City, Hunan Province. In year 2000, the couple went to Beijing to safeguard Falun Dafa. As a result, Yang Guangming, then head of the company's "610 Office," ordered that 3,000 Yuan [500 Yuan is the average monthly income for an urban worker in China.] be deducted from each of the couple's income. The husband's monthly retirement salary was only a little over 500 Yuan, and 300 Yuan was unlawfully deducted each month. After the husband passed away, the "610 Office" still did not give up and continued to make deductions from the wife's retirement salary, which was only 270 Yuan a month, an amount barely enough to purchase food. From 2000 to 2002, the "610 Office" took away from the old couple a total of 4,988 Yuan. The elderly lady demanded an answer from Li Aiqun, the current director of the "610 Office," and Chen Huiming, currently the deputy director, as to why her husband's fine had to be deducted from her account after her husband had passed away. Both Li and Chen at first admitted this fact, but have been denying it recently in order to cover it up. At the beginning of 2001, the couple's daughter went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong, and had a total of 8,000 Yuan extorted from her, 5,000 Yuan of which was a personal loan to the company from the practitioners' family. Yang Guangming, the former director of the "610 Office," conspired with the Party secretary Chun Kexiang in coercing and threatening the elderly lady, and eventually cheated the old lady out of the receipt for the loan. The loan was written off and privately divided among the leaders of the company. Members of the company's "610 Office" have also worked with the police station by unlawfully sentencing the daughter to one and a half years of forced labor education.
10. [Zanhuang County, Hebei Province] Facts about the Persecution of Falun Dafa Practitioners by Section Chief Lu Guiping from the County Political Security Section
Lu Guiping, Chief of the Political Security Section in Zanhuang County, has engaged in numerous instances of persecution against Falun Dafa practitioners. After the Chinese Lunar New Year's Day, Falun Dafa practitioners Mi Ximei, Fan Jintang, Fan Heixiao, Zhan Ju, and Zhao Fenghua were abducted from their homes. A family member of one of the practitioners was also detained until 2,000 Yuan was extorted before the release. Falun Dafa practitioner Chen Yaying was arrested, but later managed to walk away using righteous thoughts.
