Chief and Assistant Chief of Shiting Township Police Station in Laishui County of Hebei Province Receive Due Retribution

Liu Xinghua, Chief of Shiting Township Police Station in Laishui County of Hebei Province, followed Jiang Zemin's regime in persecuting Falun Dafa and its practitioners since 1999. He was dismissed by the Public Security Bureau (PSB) in 2003 after it was discovered he'd had an illicit sexual relationship with a colleague, and illegally appropriated government funds. He currently suffers at home with many illnesses.

The Assistant Chief, Zhang Puhui, was a local ruffian utilized by the PSB. He has been involved in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners in Shiting Township ever since 1999. In 2002, he asked a Falun Gong practitioner why he had yet not received retribution for what he had done. In the winter of that year, both his legs were broken in a car accident, but he continued to participate in the persecution. In September 2004, Zhang and another criminal committed armed robbery, with their faces covered by hoods. They were arrested by PSB when they tried to get cash from a bank. Zhang Puhui may be sentenced to receive the death penalty.

Deputy Secretary of Wugang City Chinese Communist Party Committee in Pingdingshan of Henan Province Dies

Wang Guoliang, Deputy Secretary of the Wugang City Chinese Communist Party Committee in Pingdingshan, Henan Province, died of cancer in May. He had participated in persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners according to Jiang's regime.

Each time we publish news of this nature, we do so with heavy hearts. These people started off as public servants, but under the intense pressure applied by the Jiang regime, they were pushed into persecuting Dafa disciples. In the process of destroying the lives of kind, law-abiding citizens, they have sealed their own fates and inevitably faced karmic retribution as punishment. If it weren't for Jiang's wicked orders, perhaps their fates would've been different.
