Diagnosed with leukemia and facing death, cultivating Falun Dafa gave me a new life

I am 65 years old this year, and a retiree in Tai'an City, Shandong Province. In 2002, I was diagnosed with leukemia, and my condition was serious. My medical expenses exceeded 10,000 yuan in one year. I went everywhere looking for a cure, but my illness did not show any improvement. The doctor told my family that I could live with this illness for at most three years.

In May 2004, when the path of my life was about to come to an end, I went to my sister-in-law's home. She told me that only Falun Dafa could save me from my illness. She played Master Li's lecture videotape from Jinan for me and taught me the Falun Gong exercises. In three days I felt much relief throughout my body, and I had a feeling of wellness.

As I kept learning the Fa, I came to understand the principle of "Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance" as taught by Master Li. After about 40 days, I not only reduced the amount of medicine I was taking, but my white blood cell count also went down. About four months after I started to cultivate in Falun Dafa, I stopped taking medicine. I went to the hospital for an examination, which showed that I had completely regained my health.

Now I am living the life of a normal person. My family members said, "How miraculous Dafa is." Now my spouse also cultivates Falun Dafa. I am grateful from the depths of my heart to Master Li and Falun Dafa for giving me a new life.

Falun Dafa allowed me to experience complete relief and an illness-free state

I am a 56-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner from Benxi City, Liaoning Province. I started to practice Falun Gong in 1995. I previously had a chronic cough that persisted for over 20 years, as well as hyperthyroidism. I also had very sensitive teeth and I could not eat any food that was a little bit sour, cold, or too hot. My vision was not good, and I had an egg-yolk sized fibroid growth on one arm for five years. For over 20 years my mental state had not been good and I had gone to a mental hospital for medical treatment. For dozens of years I went many places looking for cures, but my illnesses did not show any relief.

Since I began learning Falun Gong, all of these illnesses disappeared. The tumor on my arm also vanished, and my family members were all shocked. I no longer need to wear eyeglasses, and I can read small characters clearly, and my teeth also became well. I was previously very thin, but now I have put on 22 pounds of weight. During the ten years since I started Falun Dafa cultivation, I did not go to a hospital and I did not once get the flu. I am energetic, do not feel tired going up the stairs, and I can walk continuously for eight hours without feeling tired. Other people say that I seem younger now than I was over ten years ago, before I began cultivating. I want to say from the bottom of my heart, "Falun Dafa is great!"

After listening to Falun Dafa, the tumor vanished

My mother is currently 86 years old. She was once a sickly person who suffered from many illnesses. In August of this year she urinated blood continuously for several days and it could not be stopped, so my family members invited a urology expert to my mother's home to perform an examination. It was found that my mother had a bladder tumor the size of an apple. The tumor was already in an advanced phase, and had already constricted the bladder. I gave my mother the tapes of Master Li's Fa Lecture in Jinan City and asked her to listen to them.

In five days my mother had listened to eight out of the twelve tapes. When she went to the hospital to have the expert examine her, he shook his head again and again. The tumor had vanished! He could not explain why the tumor had vanished. It was miraculous!

This miracle happened in my family, and my mother has been in good health ever since. It is impossible to describe in words our whole family's gratitude toward Master Li. Having experienced this event, all of our relatives and friends have expressed their desire to learn Falun Dafa and to read the truth clarification materials.

An older person in his 60s fell and fractured six ribs, which healed in about a week

My name is Chen Zengwen and I am 64 years old. I live in Suizhong County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province. Since I started practicing Falun Gong I have become healthier every day, and many miracles have happened to me. In September of this year, I shipped some bales of corn stalks home. The corn stalks were piled very high on the vehicle and I sat on top of them. When unloading the corn stalks after we got home, I fell to the ground, head first. Before I lost consciousness the last thing I heard was a sound "Thump!" About a minute later I woke up and my family members asked if I was OK. I said, "I am all right" and then I wanted to go to load another batch of corn stalks. When we were ready to load the vehicle, I felt that I was not capable of doing that. I felt pain in my front and back rib cage. After we got home I could no longer move.

My family members took me to the hospital and an X-ray showed that I had fractured six ribs. Three ribs were fractured in the front and three fractured in the back. The first three days I had difficulty even turning my body while in bed, and had to depend on the help of others to sit up or lay down. But I still persistently read the Fa and did the exercises. After only eleven or twelve days I was healed. No matter how I turned my body I no longer felt pain.

The neighbors said that I am over 60 years old and had fractured six ribs, but it took only about a week for me to heal -- this was unbelievable! I told them that Falun Dafa saved me. Truthfulness-Benevolence-Tolerance is amazing! I am grateful to Master Li and Falun Dafa!

Honorable Master Li and Falun Dafa gave me the second life

I am a Falun Dafa practitioner in Shijiazhuang, the capital city of Hebei Province. I obtained the Fa in 1997 and joined the group practice in the park every day. Very soon all of my illnesses left me.

On the morning of May 15, 1999, on my way home after group practice, I was waiting to cross the road, and I just heard a sound, "Bang," and then I lost consciousness. In the afternoon of May 17, I woke up. I found that I was in a hospital bed and I felt strange. I asked my wife what had happened. She told me that I was hit by a vehicle. I was thrown over the top of the vehicle and I bled a lot, and even my shoes flew far away. I was then sent to the hospital. Injuries on my head required eight sutures, and I also had injuries on my legs and shoulders.

On May 18, the young man who hit me with his vehicle came to visit me. I told him, "Don't worry. I will not extort money from you for the accident. I practice Falun Gong." The young man said with happiness, "All of you people who practice Falun Gong are good people."

I left the hospital after only ten days of hospitalization. The doctor had advised me again and again that I should have complete bed rest. After I got home, I read the Fa and did the sitting meditation daily. But as soon as my feet touched the floor, my knees would hurt so much that I could not bear it. I could only stay in bed. I rested for three months. After three months I went back to the hospital for the follow-up X-ray. The examination showed that my knee joint was misaligned. My wife, my son, and my son-in-law took the X-ray film to the Third Provincial Hospital and the Peace Hospital. Personnel at these hospitals said that treating my knee would cost 7,000 yuan, and they could not guarantee the effectiveness of the treatment.

My heart sunk, and I did not have the mind to practice Falun Gong. I also stopped reading the Fa. All day I thought of nothing except for how my legs would be healed. I did not treat myself like a practitioner. Every day I practiced walking, using crutches, and I looked everywhere for good medicine to take. But my legs did not show any improvement. Later I started to have stomach pain and tachycardia. I went to the hospital but they could not find anything wrong. I still felt like a sufferer and did not even want to live. I cried when I felt pain and I argued with my wife, complaining that they should not have taken me to the hospital to rescue me after the accident and they could have saved me a lot of suffering that way. I lived in misery. Each day passed like it was a year.

On February 19, 2000 my leg pain was worse. At about midnight I wanted to go to the toilet. I slowly got up and tried to get out of bed. I heard a "click" from my right knee. The sound was quite loud, but I did not feel any pain. I immediately thought that Master Li was helping me. I thought, "In my current state, Master Li still does not give up on me and is still helping me."

I started to cultivate Falun Dafa again. As I kept learning the Fa and practicing Falun Gong, my spirits rose. Master Li was adjusting my body again. In several days, my whole body was covered with the red lumps. In the daytime I did not feel anything, but the lumps were terribly itchy during the night. The more I scratched them, the itchier the lumps became. Later I came to realize that Master Li was dispersing and eliminating the karma that the medicine I had taken had pushed inside. I then stopped scratching and endured the itchiness. As a result, the lumps were not itchy anymore and they gradually disappeared.

In August 2000, one night while I was doing the sitting meditation, I felt that there were small Faluns revolving around my right knee. They were turning above, below, on the left of and to the right of my right knee. The adjustment happened a total of four times, and my knee completely recovered. Now no matter whether I walk, run, or jump rope, my legs are pain-free, just like those of a normal person.

Fifteen years ago there was one quite renowned local person who came to look at my illness. He said that I would have a big disaster when I was 59 years old. This was the year 1999, when I was hit by that vehicle. If I had not cultivated Falun Dafa and did not have Master Li's protection, I may have died in that accident. I will cherish the second life Master Li gave me and walk every step solidly on my cultivation path.
