(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

Sudden Death by Illness after Slandering Falun Dafa

Mr. Jiang Lanjian was a villager in the 4th Section in Shanghewan Village, Shanghewan Town, Jiutai City, Jilin Province. Mr. Jiang fell prey to Jiang Zemin's hate propaganda against Falun Dafa, and became opposed to Falun Dafa. After Mr. Jiang Lanjian cursed and slandered Falun Dafa in public on the streets, he was diagnosed with bone cancer and died a month after the diagnosis.

Mr. Li Guowei was a villager in Shiyang Village, Shanghewan Town, Jiutai City, Jilin Province. He was deceived by Jiang's propaganda smearing Falun Dafa's reputation, and became hostile towards Falun Dafa. When he saw flyers containing the truth about Falun Dafa on the utility poles and walls on the streets, he would stare fiercely while cursing and slandering Falun Dafa. Shortly after Mr. Li Guowei began to oppose and slander Falun Dafa, he was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor and died shortly after the diagnosis. Before his death, the swelling tumor in his head caused his eyeballs to bulge, which was a horrible sight to see.

A Man Blessed with Good Fortune after Treating Falun Dafa With Kindness

A villager from Shanghewan Town, Jiutai City, Jilin experienced an opposite fortune to the aforementioned two villagers from Shanghewan Town. (The villager's name remains undisclosed for his safety and he will be referred to as villager A.) Villager A's entire family is friendly to Falun Dafa. They often read flyers they received that contain facts about Falun Dafa, and they keep all their flyers in a safe place at home. They must have been rewarded for their friendly perception and attitude towards Falun Dafa because not only are all of villager A's family members perfectly healthy, but villager A's health miraculously improved on its own. Villager A used to suffer from many diseases. He had a health check not long ago and it turned out that he had become illness free. He runs a small business and now the business is booming.

A Woman Experiences Karmic Retributions after Reporting Falun Gong Practitioners to the Police

Ms. Zhang Zhaoyu is a woman from Rizhuang Town, Laixi City, Shandong Province. She saw Falun Gong practitioners Ms. Ding Hongzhen and Ms. Zhan Shue (from Lunanbu Village, Rizhaung Town, Laixi City, Shandong Province) distributing flyers containing facts of Falun Dafa and reported them to the police. After receiving the tip, the police abducted Ms. Ding and Ms. Zhan and took them to a forced labor camp. Ms. Ding Hongzhen has a small baby at home. Since she's been incarcerated in the forced labor camp, no one is at home to care of him, so her husband had to quit his job to care of the baby at home. They own more than 7,330 square yards of rice paddies and fruit orchard, which requires more than one person to tend to it. Her husband is torn between a large amount of farming chores and tending the baby. Everyone in the village sympathizes with the family's difficult situation. Many villagers declared, "Zhang Zhaoyu couldn't tell right from wrong and informed on them. She has lost all of her good conscience and god will punish her sooner or later."

Soon after Ms. Zhang Zhaoyu reported Ms. Ding Hongzhen and Ms. Zhan Shue, and received several hundred yuan as a reward, she became paralyzed and bed-ridden. Although she was admitted to the hospital several times, sought medical treatment in many places, and spent nearly 10,000 yuan for medical treatments, she remains paralyzed and bed-ridden to this date.
