(Clearwisdom.net) On December 16, representatives of practitioners in New York went to the Argentinean Consulate to recount the severe assault of practitioners by thugs deployed by the Chinese Embassy to Argentina. Their hope was that the government would investigate the case thoroughly and hold the thugs, as well as the behind-the-scenes perpetrators, accountable.

According to practitioner Erping Zhang, on December 14, when Falun Gong practitioners were protesting the CCP delegation headed by Luo Gan in front of Argentina's Congress, the CCP embassy sent thugs to assault them. The thugs also grabbed the practitioners' banners and truth-clarification photo displays. When the incident happened, Luo Gan was about to go to the Congress to meet with Argentina's Vice President. At the time, the Argentine Congress was holding an inauguration ceremony for newly elected parliament and senate members. As a result, there was a very high concentration of news media and other groups at the scene. Some Argentineans tried to stop the violence, but they were assaulted as well and some were injured. Some Argentineans shouted to the Chinese thugs, "This is Argentina, not communist China."

Practitioners recounted the details of the incident to the Deputy General Consul and emphasized the evil nature of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) and the 6-year, extremely brutal persecution. Meanwhile, they stressed that the facts of the CCP's brutal persecution of kind-hearted practitioners are being widely exposed and the people around the world are shocked by the cruelty and evil nature of the party. The unstoppable tide of people's withdrawal from the CCP is a sign of the party's demise. Practitioners expressed their hope that the Argentinean government will safeguard human rights and justice for the welfare of its own nation and people. The government should not kowtow to the CCP, and hold the thugs as well as the behind-the-scenes perpetrators accountable.

Practitioners presented the deputy consul with a protest letter, Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials and a copy of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. The consul promised to forward all the materials to his government.

On December 13, Falun Gong practitioners in Argentina, on behalf of all Falun Gong practitioners who have been suffering persecution in China, filed a criminal lawsuit against Luo Gan at the federal court, accusing him of committing crimes of genocide and torture during the persecution campaign against Falun Gong. Judge Octavio accepted the lawsuit. Falun Gong practitioners also testified in front of the assistant to the Judge.

Luo Gan is being sued for genocide and crimes against humanity in more than 15 countries, among them Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Belgium, Finland, Armenia, Moldavia, Iceland, Spain, Taiwan, Germany, Korea, Canada, Japan and Sweden. At the same time, Luo Gan is considered a person who is not welcome in Canada and the United States.

Luo Gan, as Secretary of the Political and Legislative Affairs Committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Central Committee and head of the 610 Office, planned, deployed and directed the persecution against Falun Gong. In order to gain personal political capital, he directed the killing of Falun Gong practitioners; implicated, coerced and threatened millions of families; and is responsible for countless family tragedies and wrongful cases. He manipulated the political and judiciary system, and made use of the country's propaganda machine to spread lies to the world to demonize Falun Gong cultivators. He was also responsible for the wanton arrest and persecution of Falun Gong practitioners on a large scale across the country.

After Jiang Zemin stepped down, Luo Gan continued persecuting Falun Gong so as to force the new leaders to take the responsibility. This year, he directed a new round of arrests of Falun Gong practitioners, which has led to frequent torture death cases. Many extremely despicable cases have occurred.

The practitioners stated: As one of the chief culprits of the persecution, Luo brings misfortune and violence wherever he goes. The assault of practitioners in Argentina is another crime committed by Luo. In the near future, Luo will be held accountable by heavenly principles and human law. Practitioners warn those who are stilling assisting Luo Gan in the persecution to remember: "Heavenly principles are most fair, those doing evil deeds will receive karmic retribution. We advise them to abandon the path of evil and stop persecution Falun Gong practitioners."
