Practitioner Mr. Zhao Zhenqing, 72 years old and a retired government official, lived in Jinshan Town, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous District. He started cultivating Falun Dafa right before the persecution started in July 1999. When the persecution started, he gave up the practice because he had been politically persecuted so many times in his life. His daughter, also a practitioner, went to Beijing to validate the Fa and was sent to a forced labor camp. After being released, she was often harassed and was sent to a brainwashing class.
