4. [Jilin Province] Ms. Cai Mingshu Was Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Cai Mingshu, about 60 years old, is a retired employee of the 104th Factory of the Jihua Company. 9. [Shenyang, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Lanxia Was Arrested
At about 11:40 a.m. on August 1, 2005, Ms. Wang Lanxia was distributing truth-clarifying materials and was reported to the police by a janitor. That night she was arrested by the police from the Xinhua Police Station of the Tiexi District and was then sent to the Tiexi District Public Security Sub-bureau.
