Cases of Karmic Retribution in Liaoning Province

Jan. 17, 2006

(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

1. Lingyuan County CCP Secretary Qin Gang meets karmic retribution for persecuting Falun Gong

Qin Gang, male, 51, is the CCP's secretary in Zhenxi Wuguan Village, Lingyuan County, Liaoning Province. At around 6 p.m. on September 15, 2005, Qin got into a traffic accident on the way back from a dinner party. His motorcycle ran onto the curb, and he was thrown off. The fall caused severe bleeding, and he was unconscious for many days. After over twenty days of hospitalization, Qin is still in critical condition.

Since the persecution started on July 20, 1999, Qin has enthusiastically abetted the police and Public Security agents in monitoring, harassing, and arresting Falun Gong practitioners. He participated in arresting four Falun Gong practitioners, three of whom were sentenced to forced labor without the due process of law. These practitioners have suffered severe torture in the "re-education" center.

2. Hulu Island's Nanbao District Public Security agent Jing Yubo dies for persecuting Falun Gong

Jing Yubo, about 40, was the director of the Quipigou police station in Nanpiao district, Hulu Island. During his term, he closely followed CCP orders in persecuting Falun Gong. He has beaten, harassed, arrested, and brainwashed Falun Gong practitioners. He has also confiscated the practitioners' property. He has helped the CCP in illegally sending over 20 practitioners to brainwashing centers. He has also extorted money from practitioners.

On December 15, 2005, a coach of the Nanpiao Public Security Sub-bureau collided with a bus. The coach carried bureau agents and their relatives on a return trip to Daxing village. Over twenty passengers on the coach were injured or killed. Officer Jing Yubo was killed instantly. His wife sustained two broken arms. Another officer died in the hospital. No passenger on the bus was injured.

3. Xinbin Xian County, Nanzamu Town police and director meet karmic retribution for their evil deeds

Police in Nanzamu Town, Xinbinxian County, Fushun City, Liaoning Province has illegally arrested and persecuted Falun Gong practitioners. They chased a practitioner in mid-April, but strong righteous thoughts enabled this practitioner to escape. Police opened fire on this practitioner, but all three shots missed. In the process, the police vehicle struck and killed a man pushing a car on the street. The police officer and the village director sustained severe injuries in the collision. After ten days, these two people are still unconscious and in intensive care.
