(Clearwisdom.net) Two recently published research results show that there is a deep divide between ordinary Chinese citizens and some Chinese Communist party members represented by Luo Gan regarding "the truth."
Ordinary Citizens Thirst For the Truth
The Hong Kong media reported that "a little more of the truth" is one of the New Year's sincerest wishes on the part of the 1.3 billion people in China. Hong Kong's The Sun disclosed that "fewer corrupt officials, a little more of the truth, and improved security" is the collective New Year's wish of the Chinese people.
The Chinese populace's deep desire to understand their country's real situation demonstrates the development of their collective consciousness concerning the right to know the truth about state affairs and is evidence that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) controlled media (or the CCP itself) has lost nearly all public trust.
The CCP media lacks fundamental legitimacy and credibility, as they obscure and block the truth about "SARS," bird flu, and other important issues. They covered up the truth of "the pollution of Songhuajiang River" and fabricated incidents, including the "Tiananmen self-immolation incident." The suppression of such news continues unabated. It does not therefore seem unreasonable to declare that this New Year's wish is an honest reflection of ordinary people's present living situation.
During public events, special festivals, or weekend gatherings, people frequently touch on such subjects, reflecting their fears and their desire for the truth. The Minghui/Clearwisdom website reported that an elderly teacher said emotionally to friends at a weekend gathering, "It has become impossible to teach today's students. If you tell them to seek truthfulness, they say, 'Truthfulness is Falun Gong principles.' You cannot talk about it. When two students have a conflict and you ask one of them to be tolerant, they reply simultaneously that tolerance is the principle of Falun Gong and whoever is tolerant practices Falun Gong. They have become ridiculous in their outbursts and behavior! Today's children have become ignorant of the principles of proper conduct! The persecution of Falun Gong has destroyed this entire generation. The most deeply affected is today's youth."
More and more people now see the truth. A friend saw a doctor at a clinic and heard the doctor say, "The CCP is shameless. They are again announcing that Falun Gong practitioners self-immolate. The so-called 'Tiananmen Self-immolation' is a fake. They can fool normal people, but they cannot fool doctors. People with a little medical knowledge know that it's fake. Where can you find a burn patient being treated with wrap therapy? You see that Liu Siying was wrapped like a mummy after she was burned all over her body. If she had really been burned, she would have probably been dead due to the mummy-like wrapping, which is counter to proper medical practice for a severely burned patient, even if she were not severely burned. We had anticipated that the CCP would not let Liu Siying leave the hospital alive. Not surprisingly, not long after, the reports on the TV and newspapers said that Liu Siying had died in the hospital. The CCP is really terrible. They won't even let a 12-year-old girl go. It is a pity that an innocent child became the sacrificial lamb of the CCP. The CCP kills people without blinking an eye and they'll do it any way they want to." The doctor told the young man, "If you have a job that involves persecuting Falun Gong, do not get involved for your own good."
There are also many people who pursue and spread the truth. After a villager from Boye County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, read the Falun Gong truth-clarification materials that a practitioner was distributing, he ran after the practitioner for more truth-clarification VCDs. He said, "The CCP is evil. It persecutes Falun Gong like that. What truth-clarification materials do you have with you? Give them to me and I will distribute them to our local people. I am not afraid." Such incidences have become more and more frequent in everyday society.
Luo Gan Fears the Truth
The common people thirst for the truth, while some people are afraid of the truth. A typical example is a so-called "Classified" document that the 610 Office and China's Ministry of National Security received from its 26th Bureau, the City of Tianjin. This document detailed "The analysis on how the Minghui website published articles about our city (Tianjin) in December 2004." The article is entitled "Scout No. 1 Brigade January 14, 2005." It records and "analyzes" in detail the quantity, titles, contents and assumptions of the author's identities of articles about the persecution of Falun Gong in all suburbs of Tianjin City published on Minghui in the month of December 2004.
This document states that "there were 304 articles published in 2004 on Minghui that were related to Tianjin. The overall number of reports rose steadily. There were 55, 79, 73, and 97 Tianjin-related articles published on Minghui in the first, second, third, and fourth quarters of 2004, respectively." The document says, in particular, that the publication of the "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" has had a tremendous social impact and will cause the submission of articles to Minghui to increase, thereby exposing more truth about the persecution.
We can see from this uncovered CCP document that the persecution function of the 610 Office, the 610 system commanded by Luo Gan, is a long-term activity and that it systematically monitors the Minghui website. It "analyzes" the persecution truth disseminated overseas and at the same time attempts to block the Internet. Additionally, it continues to persecute practitioners who spread the truth.
Hao Fengjun, who once worked at the Tianjin 610 Office but later chose light over darkness, traveled to Australia on October 3, 2001. He made public how the Network Monitoring Team of the Tianjin Public Security Bureau discovered that some practitioners surfed the overseas Minghui Internet site by breaking through the CCP's Internet blockade. They passed this information to police at the 610 Office of the Bureau of State Security. The Falun Gong Investigation Team in the 610 Office was put in charge of this and investigated it under the code name "103." At the end of the year, this "103" activity was listed as a special action activity by the Chinese Ministry of Public Security.
At the beginning of 2002, the authorities began to arrest people allegedly responsible for so-called "103" activities. In one day, 79 practitioners were arrested, although two escaped. One of the escaped practitioners was a 14-year-old girl named Xu Ziao. This girl's mother, Sun Ti, was arrested and little Xu became homeless at the age of 14. One night in February 2002, Hao Fengjun received a call asking him and a policewoman to come to work and accompany a Falun Gong practitioner to see a doctor. When they arrived at the detention center, Hao Fengjun saw Sun Ti, a practitioner over 50 years old who looked like a housewife. She sat on a stool in the interrogation room. On the same stool a piece of plywood was bound to her legs. Ms. Sun's eyes were very swollen from the beating. The policeman who interrogated Ms. Sun was holding a steel rod 0.6 of an inch in diameter with a screw thread stained with blood. There was a hi-voltage electric baton sitting on the table. According to Hao Fengjun's description, Ms. Sun's back was almost entirely beaten black, and there were two cuts about eight inches long that were oozing blood.
In this tragic cycle, Luo Gan and his 610 Offices persecute good people, and the persecution is covered up, the truth is blocked, and good people are again persecuted.
The Chinese people are awakening. They have seen the nature of the tricksters and are no longer willing to accept the lies. They are thirsting for the truth! The evil CCP and the Jiang regime's six-year genocidal persecution of Falun Gong is the biggest hidden truth. This persecution has become known because of the great efforts of Falun Gong practitioners. In the eyes of the public, the criminals will finally run into a dead end.
