Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Fu Jinquan, 55, lived in Hua County, Henan Province. He went to Beijing to appeal for justice for Dafa and to tell people about the beauty of Dafa. He was illegally arrested and detained for more than four months. The perpetrators from Hua County's local government frequently harassed Fu Jinquan and his family.
