1. [Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province] Bao Yongsheng and Zhang Yuansen Suffered from Four Years of Imprisonment
Mr. Bao Yongsheng, 44, is a Falun Dafa practitioner from the Forest Industry Bureau in Jinshantun, Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province. On April 6, 2002, at noon, he was arrested by officers from the Politics and Security Department, led by Zhang Xin, and taken to the Politics and Security Department in the Police Bureau for detention, where he was forced to confess after two hours of cruel torture. The torture devices used included handcuffs for hanging, an iron chair, a wooden club, a six-cm in diameter plastic tube, and other items. Police officer Dong Delin hit Mr. Bao’s head until it bled and he was knocked unconscious.
At 8:00 p.m., Mr. Zhang Yuansen was arrested as well. Both Mr. Bao and Mr. Zhang’s mouths were taped shut, and they were taken to Jinshantun Detention Center, where they were "illegally held" for eight months. In December 2002, Jinshantun Court illegally sentenced them to four years of imprisonment. They were later transferred to Jiamusi Prison where they suffered cruel torture.

On the afternoon of October 19, 2006, practitioner Mr. Yu Liangbin from Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province was arrested at home. Police officers confiscated a laptop and two printers from his residence.

On October 10, 2006, security forces at the Minhang Building on Zhongshan Road arrested practitioner Mr. Wang Keming from Haerbin City while he was handing out truth-clarification materials. 4. [Beijing City] List of Practitioners Who Were and Are Detained at Forced Labor Camps
Ms. Qu Ping, 35 years old, is a practitioner who resided in Haidian District. In September 2001, she was illegally sent to a forced labor camp for one and a half years of detention by the Haidian District Yangfangdian Police Station.
Ms. Han Liwen, 48 years old, is a practitioner who resided in Haidian District. In 2001, she was illegally sent to a forced labor camp for one and a half years of detention by the Haidian District Yangfangdian Police Station.
Ms. Liu Guilan, 64 years old, is a practitioner from Xuanwu District. In May 2005, she was illegally sent to a forced labor camp for two years of detention by the Yutan Police Station.

Mr. Zhou Jinan, 40 years old, is a practitioner from Shuyi District. In September 2001, he was illegally sent to a forced labor camp for one and a half years of detention by the Tiananmen Police Station.
Mr. Liu Jianqin, 43 years old, is a practitioner from Fengtai District. In September 2001, he was illegally sent to a forced labor camp for one and a half years of detention by the Tiananmen Police Station.
Mr. Yu Zhanpeng, 47 years old, is a practitioner from Xuanwu District. In 2002, he was illegally sent to a forced labor camp for two years by the Guangnei Police Station.
Mr. Tian Liandong, 33 years old, is a practitioner from Xuwu District. In 2002, he was illegally sent to a forced labor camp for one and a half years by the Guangnei Police Station.
Mr. Wang Yidan, 40 years old, is a practitioner from Xuwu District. In October 2005, he was illegally sent to a forced labor camp for two years of detention by the Guangnei Police Station.
Ms. Li Huiyun, over 40 years old, is a practitioner from Xuanwu District. In 2003, she was illegally sent to a forced labor camp for two years of detention by the Xuanwu District Baizhifang Police Station.
Ms. Li Yanli, 43 years old, is a practitioner from Xuanwu District. In January 2004, she was illegally sent to a forced labor camp for two years of detention by the Fangtai Police Station.
Ms. Ge Lianna, over 20 years old, is a practitioner from Fengtai District. In July 2003, she was illegally sent to a forced labor camp for two years of detention by the Fengtai Lugouqiao Police Station.
5. [Longkou City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Guo Aidong and Others Arrested
At about 9 p.m. on October 15, 2006, seven or eight police officers climbed over a wall and managed to break into practitioner Ms. Guo Aidong’s home. They illegally ransacked the place and arrested the whole family. The family was taken to Longkou City Xiadingjia Brainwashing Center to be persecuted. Ms. Guo's elder brother and sister-in-law were forced to leave home to avoid being persecuted.
On October 18, 2006, practitioners Ms. Miao Chunping, Ms. Wang Hongyu, Ms. Liu Cuiying and Ms. Luan Xuefei from Longkou City were arrested, and a truth material printing center was ransacked as well.
6. [Li County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Cui Xiongfa Arrested
On October 17, 2006, practitioner Mr. Cui Xiongfa from Li County in Hebei Province was arrested and brought to Qingwan County Brainwashing Center. That afternoon, six or seven people videotaped his home being ransacked.

7. [Gucheng County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Zhou Xiuying Arrested
At about 8:30 a.m. on October 11, 2006, Zheng Hongbin, deputy director of Qinghan Township Police Station, took a few people to break into practitioner Ms. Zhou Xiuying’s home, which they ransacked. They confiscated her Dafa exercise videotapes and a copy of "Zhuan Falun," and arrested her and her husband, taking them to the Qinghan Township Police Station. The director of the police station Yu Zhenxing, and deputy director Zheng Hongbin interrogated and threatened her, while also threatening her husband. They were released after paying 1,000 yuan.
8. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Practitioners Sun Min, Chen Liqing, and Wang Arrested
On October 15, 2006, practitioners Mr. Sun Min and Ms. Chen Liqing (a couple) from Yangjiataizi, Yantai City Development Zone, Shandong Province, and a practitioner whose last name is Wang, were secretly arrested by police officers from the National Security Bureau in the development zone. They confiscated their computers, a printer, and a writable CD-ROM. Mr. Sun and Ms. Chen are detained at Majia Detention Center.

On the morning of October 17, 2006, officers from Shengligang Police Station in Huangshi City of Hubei Province suddenly broke into Ms. Wang Jufang’s home, confiscated many truth-clarification materials, and took Ms. Wang to the Huangshi No.1 Detention Center.

10. [Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Practitioner Geng Huaipu Was Persecuted for Three Years in a Forced Labor Camp
At about 8:00 p.m., on January 16, 2003, practitioner Mr. Geng Huaipu, who had left home to avoid being arrested, spread a banner declaring "Falun Dafa is Good" on the wall of a construction site near Haozhou Road in the rural area of Hefei City. When he left, he was hit by an escort vehicle, and was taken to Haozhou Road Police Station. On the same evening, four or five police officers sent him to the Hefei No.1 Detention Center, where he went on a hunger strike to resist persecution. He was force-fed, which caused his nose to bleed. While he was there, the female prison doctor extracted two of his teeth with a pair of pliers.
On April 8, 2003, Mr. Geng was transferred to Nanhu Forced Labor Camp in Xuancheng City, Anhui Province for three years of detention.

On October 19, 2006, at about noon, Xiao was sentenced to two years imprisonment at Balizhuang Forced Labor Camp.
13. [Beijing City] Practitioner Gao Yuling Arrested
On October 3, 2006, police officers from the 610 Office in Pinggu District of Beijing City broke into practitioner Ms. Gao Yuling’s home at Zhangzuo Village in Jihai Lake. She was arrested and is currently being held at Pinggu District Detention Center.
14. [Dongguang County, Hebei Province] Practitioners Xing Peiheng and Ma Yingjun Arrested
At about 3:00 p.m. on October 18, 2006, practitioner Mr. Xing Peiheng, 56, from Dongguang County, and practitioner Ms. Ma Yingjun, 57, were reported for handing out truth-clarification materials in a village in Qincun Town of Dongguang County. They were arrested by police officers from Qincunzhen Police Station, and are currently being held at Dongguang County Detention Center.

15. [Yutian County, Hebei Province] Practitioners Li Tierong and Gao Xiurong Suffered from Persecution
On September 22, 2006, Xuan Xingkui, director of Linxi Police Station of Yutian County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province and officer Zhang Guoli and a few other policemen illegally broke into practitioner Mr. Li Tierong’s home, arrested him and his wife Ms. Gao Xiurong while he was reading Zhuan Falun, and took them to the police station. They were then sent to the county detention center, where they were illegally detained for fifteen days and extorted of 900 yuan for "meal expenses."
16. [Baoji City, Shanxi Province] Practitioner Chen Aiqin and Others Suffered from Persecution
On October 10, 2006, police officers from Jiantai District, Baoji City, Shanxi Province teamed up with a retired administration manager from Baoji Petroleum Factory and illegally broke into practitioners Ms. Chen Aiqin, Ms. Shi Yuzhen and Mr. Zang Zhuanwan’s home, and forced them to write the three statements. They threatened them by saying that if they didn’t write the statements, they would be sent away to be persecuted.
In early October, the National Security spies from Baojia District broke into practitioners Ms. Mei Hongying and Ms. Wang Zhenlian’s home, and forcefully took them to a motel in Baoji City to persecute them.
17. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Police Officers from Anti-Violence Team Arrested Two Practitioners
On the evening of September 28, 2006, team leader Wang Lizhi, from the No.3 Team of the Anti-Violence Team of the Escort Police Division in Fengrun District, led a few police officers in arresting practitioners Mr. Li Xiangjie and Mr. Zhang Shungyong in Fengtian District. They confiscated a van, a three-wheeled vehicle, over 50,000 copies of truth-clarification materials, and over 1,000 copies of truth-clarification CDs. Police officers searched Mr. Li and confiscated 6000 yuan in cash from him. Currently, they are being held at Fengrun Detention Center.

On September 16, 2006, practitioner Wu Jinyu from Suining City, Sichuan Province was deceived into going to the entrance of the village administration office; ten people pushed her and her husband into a vehicle and took them away. 19. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Wu Yihua Arrested
On October 13, 2006, practitioner Ms. Wu Yihua from Shenzhen City was arrested and taken to a brainwashing center by local police officers. They also arrested her grandmother who is over eighty years old.

At about 8 p.m., on October 16, 2006, police officers from Longgan Lake General Office in Huanggang City teamed up with police officers from the No.5 Office and arrested practitioner Ms. Wang Aijiao, sending her to a brainwashing center. On the same day, while on their way to Hubei Province Brainwashing Center, they arrested another practitioner, Ms. Wang Wenzhou, who managed to escape with righteous thoughts. Currently she is staying away from home to avoid being arrested.

Practitioner Ms. Li Lanying from Xingguo County in Shanxi Province resided in the residential building affiliated with the county police bureau. At about 6:00 p.m. on October 18, 2006, her home was illegally ransacked, and she was taken away by the National Security Team. Her whereabouts are currently unknown.
23. [Haiyan, Zhejiang Province] Practitioner Zhu Cui Illegally Sentenced to Forced Labor
Sometime prior to October 1, 2006, practitioner Ms. Zhu Cuilan from Haiyan in Zhejiang Province was arrested by Haiyan police officers while handing out truth-clarification materials. Ms. Zhu was illegally sentenced to two years imprisonment in a forced labor camp.

25. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Practitioners Huang Yinfeng and Zhang Suhua Persecuted
On October 10, 2006, practitioners Ms. Huang Yinfeng and Ms. Zhang Suhua from Leshan City went to Chezi Town in Leshan City to hand out truth-clarification materials, and were reported. They were illegally detained at Guihualong Detention Center in Leshan City by police officers from the 610 Office. On October 16, they managed to escape with righteous thoughts.

Ms. Lu Xianming, a practitioner from Guangzhou City, is 40 years old. Since 1999, after she went to Beijing to appeal to the government, she has been illegally detained at detention centers, Huangpo Brainwashing Center, Baoyun Brainwashing Center, and Guangzhou City Brainwashing Center, and was illegally sentenced to forced labor twice.
