Taiwan: Sharing My Best with All Guests at My Daughter's Wedding (Photo)

March 6, 2006

(Clearwisdom.net) February 26 is my daughter's wedding, and I discussed with local practitioners how to clarify the truth to the more than 400 guests. We decided to play selected programs of the New Tang Dynasty New Year Gala and share our own experience with Falun Dafa.

The Master of Ceremonies first told everyone that my whole family practiced Falun Gong and then asked me to tell the guest more details. I said, "I have been practicing Falun Dafa for two years and ten months. My husband, daughter, son and mother-in-law have in succession joined me in the practice. My son had severe hypochondria, and my mother-in-law had osteoporosis and heart disease. Whenever she had a heart attack or other problem, her children from other cities would run back to look after her. After having practiced Falun Gong for two years, she is now very healthy and doesn't require care from us. My son is now also very energetic and is no longer a trouble maker. Falun Dafa has given my family a new joyful life, Falun Dafa is good! The "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" principles are good!"

After listening to my introduction attentively, all guests echoed my heart-felt words, "Falun Dafa is good! The "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" principles are good!" I then presented Master Li's teaching "put others first" as a motto for the new couple.

Local practitioners demonstrated the first set of Falun Gong exercises. All guests attentively watched the elegant exercises. Many of them were very interested in Dafa and asked how they can start to practice.

Later, I went onto the stage again to introduce the media run by practitioners. I told them these media spread the most truthful news around the world and promote the essence of traditional Chinese culture. I specifically introduced the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, and told the guests that eight million Chinese had quit the Chinese Communist Party.
