1. [Jilin Province] Many Falun Dafa Practitioners On Hunger Strike to Protest Persecution in the Liaoyuan City Detention Center
Reportedly, beginning April 22 to April 26, many practitioners that were illegally arrested in Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province, are now hunger striking in the Liaoyuan City Detention Center to protest the persecution.
2. [Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province] Elderly Practitioners Ms. Yi Yumei and Mr. Xu Dashan Illegally Arrested
Between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on the evening of June 27, 2006, two elderly practitioners from Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province, Ms. Yi Yumei and Mr. Xu Dashan, were arrested at the Jiamusi City Train Station. They are currently being held in the Jiamusi City Train Station Detention Center.

3. [Jiaozuo City, Henan Province] Practitioner Ms. Qin Tao Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Qin Tao from Wuzhi County was arrested by the local State Security Division on June 6, 2006. Because of this, a fellow practitioner was forced to leave home in order to avoid being arrested.
4. [Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Five Practitioners in Baodou City Arrested
Recently, five practitioners from Baodou City were arrested and equipment from a Falun Gong truth-clarification materials production site was confiscated.
5. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Lan Zhi and Another Practitioner Arrested
On the afternoon of June 22, two practitioners from Baifo Village of Shijiazhuang City, Ms. Lan Zhi and Ms. Xiao Gong, were arrested by police in a police car and taken to Huanghedadao Police Station in the Developing District of the city when they were clarifying the truth near Zhao Village of the East Developing District. When their family members went to the police station after they heard the news to ask for the release of the practitioners, they were told that the practitioners had already been taken to Tan’gu Police Station of Shjiazhuang City. Ms. Lan Zhi has been taken to the brainwashing center while Ms. Xiao Gong has been illegally sentenced to five years of forced labor.
6. [Xiaogan City, Hubei Province] Practitioners Ms. Chu Lin and Ms. Wei Jun Arrested
Practitioners Ms. Chu Lin and Ms. Wei Jun from Xiaogan City in Hubei Province were arrested on June 27, 2006, when they were clarifying the truth in the Sancha District. That same day, they were put sent to the Huangpoxilu Detention Center of Xiaogan City (phone number: 86-712-2884147).
Ms. Chu Lin is 52 years old. She used to work as a staff member in the Xiaogang City Agriculture Bank. Because she practiced Falun Dafa, she was dismissed from her job at the end of 2000. Also, because she went to Beijing City to appeal for justice for Falun Gong, she was illegally sentenced to imprisonment and was held in the Wuhan City Women’s Prison for three years.

The younger sister of practitioner Ms. He Xiuling was persecuted to death in the Zhifu District of Yantai City. Practitioner Ms. He Liuli is currently being held illegally in the Dajijia Brainwashing Center of Yantai Penglai City.
8. [Henan Province] Supplementary Information on the Arrest of Practitioner Mr. Chen Wenxue from Xinxiang City
According to information we have received, within less than one week since the arrest of practitioner Mr. Chen Wenxue on June 17, 2006, the police have already handed the case to the local court and conducted an illegal trial against him.
9. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Lao Ding Arrested and His Home Ransacked
Practitioner Mr. Lao Ding from Shijiazhuang City was arrested by police from the Jiantong Police Station and his home was ransacked. Over 40 copies of Zhuan Falun in the process of being assembled, one large box of toner, one printer, one computer, cash, and other items were confiscated.
10. [Jiaozuo City, Henan Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Guoling Arrested by Police
Ms. Wang Guoling, 43, is a practitioner from the Xiwan Township of Qinyang City (a sub-city of Jiaozuo City) in Henan Province. On the morning of June 17, 2006, she was arrested by police when she was trying to rescue Falun Dafa practitioners.

11. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Many Practitioners Persecuted
Since May 5, 2006, the CCP Committee and the Police Station of Guxian Town have been harassing and persecuting practitioners of Guxian Town. Many practitioners have been taken to forced labor camps, fined, or forcibly put into the Brainwashing Center.
Practitioner Mr. Jiang Xiquan from Jiangge Township was arrested and put into the Pingdu City Brainwashing Center by police from the Guxian Police Station. His family members also had over 5,000 yuan extorted from them. Practitioner Mr. Jiang Yongxin was fined over 1,000 yuan and was released after being held for 12 days. Later, both practitioners were sentenced to one year and nine months of forced labor and were taken to the Qingdao City Forced Labor Camp.
Practitioner Ms. Li Xiuyun from Zaizi Village was arrested and taken to the Pingdu City Brainwashing Center, where she was held and tortured for 12 days and also fined over 500 yuan.
Practitioner Mr. Zhong Youqing from Zaizi Village was arrested by police from the Guxian Police Station, held for one day, and fined over 500 yuan in cash.
Practitioner Mr. Gao Ximing from Huayuan Village was arrested by police from the Guxian Police Station on May 10, 2006. The police extorted 6,000 yuan in cash from him. Practitioner Mr. Gao Zhuguo was arrested by police from the Guxian Police Station on May 10, 2006, and fined 7,500 yuan.

12. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Including Ms. Zhang Xingmei Arrested
On the evening of December 25, 2005, practitioners from Lushang Village, Ms. Zhang Xingmei, Ms. Xu Jingmei and Ms. Liu Guiqin went to a fellow practitioner’s house to study the Fa. On their way home, they were stopped by a car from the police station and all three of them were arrested. The next day, just at dawn, Jiao Hengyu (male) and others from the police station illegally ransacked the homes of Ms. Xu Jingmei and Ms. Liu Guiqin and took away all of the Falun Dafa books and other items.
13. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Additional Information on Arrests of Practitioners and the Ransacking of Their Homes
1) On the morning of May 19, 2005, the Pingdu City 610 Office of Shandong Province colluded with the Yunshan Town Government and Yunshan Town Police Station to arrest practitioner Ms. Qi Xiufang from Nanwang Village and took Ms. Qi to the brainwashing center to torture her. Several days later, when Ms. Qi Xiufang’s daughter and younger sister went to visit her, they saw that Ms. Qi’s mouth was severely swollen due to torture. Ms. Qi’s son, who does not practice Falun Dafa, went to pick up his mother when he saw her poor condition. He scolded the 610 Office, saying, "Who beat my mother so badly?" He was also beaten at the 610 Office because of what he said.
2) At a little past 9:00 a.m. on May 22, 2006, five to six police officers suddenly broke into practitioner Mr. Qi Xuezhi’s home in the Hongshan Developing District. They ransacked the home and confiscated some of the Falun Dafa books, a tape recorder, and a VCD player. On May 26, three to four police officers went to Mr. Qi’s home again to harass people.
3) At about 5:00 a.m. on May 22, 2006, the police went to practitioners Ms. Zhang Zhuqin and Ms. Guo Xuanfang’s homes to harass them. On May 27, the police went there about three times. On the noon of June 2, 2006, the police went there again.
14. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Additional Information on the Arrest of Practitioner Ms. Zhang Zhenjie
Ms. Zhang Zhenjie, who is around 42 years old, is a practitioner from Changsha City. On the evening of June 22, 2006, the Chief of the Yulan Street Police Station of Changsha City led a group of people to arrest Ms. Zhang at her home and also ransacked the home. At present, Zhang Zhenjie is being held in the Zuojiatang Detention Center (No. 4 Division) of Changsha City.

Practitioner Ms. Pang Lanfang lived in the Qibao District of Shanghai City. On June 12, 2006, she was taken away on the street.
16. [Chongqing City] Practitioner Ms. Huang Arrested
On June 26, 2006, 58-year-old practitioner Ms. Huang from Huangwen Township, Yongchuan City/Chongqing City was reported to police by someone when she was distributing truth-clarification materials. She was arrested by police from the Yongchuan City Police Department. It is not clear where Ms. Huang is being held.
17. [Sichuan Province] Supplementary Information on the Arrest of Practitioner Ms. Zhu Jialin
Ms. Zhu Jialin is a retired worker from the Sichuan University Library. Prior to practicing Falun Dafa, both of her hip bones were necrotic and no medicine was effective. Ms. Zhu thought that she would be paralyzed and bedridden for the rest of her life. After she started to practice Falun Dafa, her health was regained. In the summer of 2004, Ms. Zhu was illegally arrested and was taken to the Wuhou District Brainwashing Center. Later she walked out with righteous thoughts. On June 19, 2006, Zhu Jialin was arrested again at her home.

18. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioner Illegally Arrested by Beigong Police
At about 9:00 p.m on June 26, 2006, a male practitioner of around thirty years old from Weifang City in Shandong Province drove a taxicab to the Weifang City No. 89 Hospital to distribute truth clarification materials. He was monitored and followed by an electronic eye device and was later illegally taken away by a 110 (emergency) police car from the Beigong Police Station. His current whereabouts are not clear.

19. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Wang Zongxuan Forced to Leave Home to Avoid Being Arrested in 2004
Mr. Wang Zongxuan, started to practice Falun Dafa in 1997. He benefited greatly by studying the Fa and doing the exercises. After the persecution began on July 20, 1999, Mr. Wang was harassed, illegally held, extorted for money in the form of illegal fines, and subjected to brainwashing. This caused Mr. Wang Zongxuan to experience mental stress and depression, and he could no longer go to work as usual. In October 2004, Mr. Wang was reported to police by a student’s parents when he clarified the truth to the sixth graders. He was forced to leave home in order to avoid being arrested, and no longer could live a normal life.
20. [Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Liang Xiuzhen, Who Was Forced to Leave Home to Avoid Being Arrested, Disappeared After Being Arrested in Beijing
On May 1, 2006, practitioner Ms. Liang Xiuzhen, who had been forced to leave home in Longjing City, Jilin Province to avoid being arrested, was arrested by police in the Mentougou District of Beijing. The police found some Falun Dafa books in her apartment and used this as the excuse to detain her. It is not clear where Ms. Liang Xiuzhen is being held.
21. [Pingdingshan City, Henan Province] Many Falun Dafa Practitioners Illegally Arrested
On June 12, 2006, after the truth-clarification materials production site at Pingdingshan City in Henan Province was damaged by police, practitioners Ms. Yan Xiuying, Mr. Nie Shengwei, Mr. Han Dongshun, Mr. Fu Minghui, Ms. Li Xiuzhi, Mr. Wang Sanyun, Ms. Wang Chunxia, Ms. Chen Xiuzhi, and others were illegally arrested.

At noon on June 26, 2006, Wang Runlong (male), the Chief of the State Security Division of the Donggang City Police, led a large group of people to illegally break into practitioner Mr. Zhang Liaoping’s home. They arrested Mr. Zhang after ransacking the home. It is not clear where Mr. Zhang is currently being held.
23. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Xu Suyun Arrested Again
Practitioner Ms. Xu Suyun was arrested on June 8, 2006, because she was clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa at the Xiangfengdao Police Station. She was held in the Changningda Detention Center of Tangshan City for 15 days. Ms. Xu was released on the afternoon of June 22, 2006. After being home for a little over an hour, she was arrested again and taken to the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp of Tangshan City.

Practitioner Mr. Wang Chunguang from Fuyuan Town of Fuyuan County was arrested at the Jiamusi City Train Station on the afternoon of June 13, 2006. Mr. Wang is currently being held in the Fuyuan County Detention Center.

25. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Guo Qiulin's Term of Detention Ending Soon
Practitioner Ms. Guo Qiuli from Benxi City in Liaoning Province has been held and brutally tortured in the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. Her term of detention will soon come to an end. The guards are therefore torturing her even more viciously.
26. [Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Hu Richun Taken to Shaoxing Brainwashing Center
Ms. Hu Ruichun is a practitioner from Meitou Middle School in the Longwan District of Wenzhou City. She was arrested at school on June 28, 2006, by the Longwan District 610 Office and the Meitou Police Station. Ms. Hu was taken to the Shaoxing Brainwashing Center.

28. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Thirty-eight Falun Dafa Practitioners Arrested and Detained
Reportedly, 38 practitioners have been "illegally sentenced". The practitioners were appealing for justice for Falun Gong when they were arrested.
Ms. Liu Shuying was sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment, Mr. Gao Tiansong to 11 years, Mr. Li Dejun to nine years, and Mr. Yang Jinlong to two years.
These practitioners were sentenced to forced labor:

29. [Guanghan City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Guiyun Arrested, Her Whereabouts Unknown
Practitioner Ms. Li Guiyun from the No. 9 Section of Shiqiao Village, Xinhua Town, Guanghan City, Sichuan Province, went to visit her parents and clarified the truth about Falun Dafa, as well as distributed truth-clarification materials to people in her hometown. Two days after she returned home, at 11:00 (p.m. or a.m.) on March 23, 2006, Ms. Li was arrested at home. It has been three months since she was arrested, but her family members still do not know where she is being held.

Practitioner Ms. Qiao Shuzhen from Lishu County in Jilin Province was secretly arrested on April 17, 2006 in Siping City and her whereabouts have been unknown since. Recently, news from her loved ones revealed that Ms. Qiao has been secretly taken to the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City and has been brutally tortured. Her family members went there several times to visit, but all of them were turned away.

On the morning of June 26, 2006, practitioner Ms. Zhu Qunhua from Wanshen Town of the Dongpo District was arrested when she was working in the Meishan Hotel.
