During the car tour, the practitioners visited a number of cities including Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Barrie, Saint Thomas, Niagara Falls, Kingston, Newmarket and Peterborough. They collected countless signatures, visited offices of every Mayor, provincial representative and Member of Parliament and gave interviews to various media outlets.

On July 18 and 19, after the Canadian report on organ harvesting was released, five practitioners visited two large cities in northwest Ontario, Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie. The Sudbury Star and Sault Star (the largest newspaper in the two cities respectively) and CTV all reported on the truth of the CCP atrocities of harvesting organs form detained Falun Gong practitioners and practitioners' appeal for help from all levels of the Canadian government.

The Sudbury Star reported: "Looking into the allegation that Falun Gong members were being killed for organ donation purposes, the report [by Kilgour and Matas] concluded the allegation was true. It determined that the body parts being removed included hearts, kidneys, livers and corneas, which were sold at high prices."

Other practitioners will take different routes to visit other provinces including Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador to appeal for help from all level of the Canadian government and the public to end the killing. During a previous "SOS! Stop the Persecution of Falun Gong" car tour, the Oshawa city government passed a resolution which condemned the CCP's persecution and requested the federal government to pressure the CCP to end the persecution.
