1. [Sichuan Province] Ms. He Li Sentenced to Eight Years in Prison and Detained at Sichuan Province Women's Prison
In June 2002, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. He Li was illegally arrested in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. Over 10,000 yuan in cash and a cell phone were confiscated from her. After being detained for a few months, Ms. He was sentenced to eight years in prison. She is currently detained in Sichuan Province Women's Prison.
In May 2005, Ms. He Li went to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong. She was arrested and detained at the Neijiang City Detention Center in Sichuan Province. She had 5,000 yuan extorted from her. When she was released, Ms. He refused to write a guarantee statement and was sent to the detention center again for another month. When she was finally released, she went to Beijing again and was sentenced to 18 months of forced labor.
2. [Yuzhou City, Henan Province] Mr. Wang Yongsheng and Other Practitioners' Homes Ransacked
At about 9:00 a.m. on July 1, 2006, the Huolong Police Station Head Yang Haien, State Security Agent Geng Songtao, and over ten policemen broke into Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Yongsheng's house. They ransacked the house from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and searched the house three times. They confiscated a printer and some truth-clarification materials. They did not dare to show the public their evil acts. They quickly loaded the vehicle in front of the door and escaped.
Mr. Wang Yongsheng is a teacher who has been detained three times because he practices Falun Gong. He was sentenced to 2 years of forced labor and released in 2002. Mr. Wang was arrested again on June 30, 2006 when he was hanging a banner. He is currently detained at the Yuzhou City Detention Center.
At the same time, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Yin Haifeng's house was ransacked. His computer, printer, desk and chairs were taken away.
3. [Linqu County, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhang Chengsheng Arrested and His House Ransacked, Other Practitioners Arrested, their Homes Ransacked
At 4:00 p.m. on July 17, 2006, policemen from Yeyuan Town Police Station and Linqu County Police Department broke into Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhang Chengsheng's house. They confiscated his computer, printer and other items. At the same time, another group of policemen broke into Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Chen Guizhi's house. They ransacked her house, arrested her, and took all of her Dafa materials. They also went to the factory where Ms. Chen's daughter works and arrested her daughter. At 5:00 p.m., policemen broke into Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Xu Wenqin's house and confiscated her computer.

4. [Fengcheng City, Jilin Province] Further Information on Mr. Wang Jurong and Ms. Li Yan
On the evening of July 15, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Wang Jurong and Ms. Li Yan, and Ms. Yu Li (a non-practitioner who knows the truth and supports Dafa), from Tongyuanbao Town in Fengcheng City, were arrested by policeman Tan Xianwen and his driver Shi Mingxin. They were sent to the police station after they were found clarifying the truth at the Xiaoheishan No. 4 Commune. They were sent to Fengcheng City and detained. There is no further information except that Ms. Li Yan escaped with righteous thoughts.
Around 11:00 a.m. on July 17, 2006, policeman Tan Xianwen, along with other policemen, went to Mr. Wang Jurong's house and ransacked his house while his family members were away. That same day, they also searched Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Yan's house, who had to leave her home to avoid being arrested, and took one tape recorder with an exercise music tape inside.

5. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Mr. Li Xiangyu Arrested
Mr. Li Xiangyu is a Falun Dafa practitioner from Lindong Town, Balinzuo Prefecture in Chifeng City. He was working outside of his hometown. At 8:10 a.m. on July 20, 2006, policemen in plain clothes suddenly broke into his rental place. His neighbors said that three plainclothes policemen hauled him from the house and put him into a vehicle. They left in a hurry. Mr. Li Xiangyu, 25, has worked outside of his hometown for nearly five years to avoid being arrested by policemen from Chifeng City and Balinzuo Prefecture who are pursuing him.
6. [Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Ms. Tian Xin Arrested
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Tian Xin, over 30, was arrested from her rental house by a group of unknown people at around 9:00 a.m. on July 20, 2006, according to one of her neighbors. They took a computer and a printer worth 10,000 "yuan" in total.
7. [Shanghai City] Two Practitioners Arrested and Their Homes Ransacked Without Cause
Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Zhang Xiuying and and practitioner surnamed Wang (gender unknown), from Yangpu District, Shanghai City, were arrested by policemen from the Yangpu District Department during the period of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit. Their houses were ransacked and a computer was taken. The practitioners were released after being detained for more than twenty days.
8. [Shanghai City] Mr. Guo Jinfu Secretly Arrested
On July 6, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Guo Jinfu was arrested by policemen from the Huangpu District Department. Left alone at home, his elderly parents and his daughter desperately need his help. His wife, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Chen Wenying, was disabled due to torture at the Women's Forced Labor Camp. She is currently off work in order to recuperate at home.
9. [Lishu County, Jilin Province] Ms. Yang Xiaodong Sentenced to Four Years in Prison
On July 12, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Xiaodong was sentenced to four years in prison with the false charge of "organizing and using a [slanderous term omitted] organization to undermine the implementation of law" by the official of Lishu County Court. Ms. Yang Xiaodong has been on a hunger strike for six days to protest.
10. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Shouzhi Arrested
On the afternoon of July 20, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Shouzhi was selling watermelons along the road. She was hauled into a vehicle and arrested by Wen Xiaoxia (female), the 610 Office agent of Xinzhuang Town, Zhaoyuan City, and over ten policemen. The policemen returned to ransack her house but were denied entry by her husband.
11. [Beijing City] Ms. Wang Shuge Arrested
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Shuge, in her 50s, lives at Liufangnanli No. 1 Building, Room 6 of the 9th floor, in Chaoyang District. She went missing recently and may have been arrested.
12. [Beijing City] Dongdong and Other Practitioners Arrested
A practitioner whose nickname is Dongdong (male) was arrested by policemen at his house near Luxun's Museum in Beijing City. In addition, an elderly couple was arrested at their apartment in Xisanqi, Beijing City.
13. [Gaizhou City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Defang Arrested
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Defang was arrested when she was delivering truth-clarification materials with fellow practitioners Mr. Zhao Tingshi and Ms. Sun Xianhui in Yangyun Township in July 2005. They were arrested and detained at the Gaizhou City Detention Center. Mr. Zhao Tingshi and Ms. Sun Xianhui were sentenced to forced labor and sent to Anshan City Prison. Ms. Zhang Defang was released without being found guilty. At the end of 2005, Ms. Zhang Defang was arrested again. In May 2006, she became ill. She was extorted out of 1,700 yuan by officers of the Procuratorate, under the excuse of sending Ms. Zhang to be treated in the hospital. The Procuratorate agency was afraid of being involved and sent her back home.
On July 4, 2006, Ms. Zhang Defang was deceived by the officers of the Procuratorate under the guise of undergoing a physical test. She was sent to Shenyang City Prison.

14. [Leting County, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Qiang and Others Missing or Arrested
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Li Qiang is a 35-year-old resident of Leting County. At the end of 2000, Mr. Li Qiang went to Beijing to redress an injustice. He has been missing since then. At that time, there were three people in his house, including his wife, his ten-year-old son and his elderly mother. His wife could not stand the burden of caring for the family, divorced and married another man. The elderly mother was left alone with no one to care for her.
In May 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Miao Liqun from Leting County was arrested at her house. Her house was ransacked and she was detained for 15 days. At about the same time, Ms. Li Chunhua was arrested. Recently, Mr. Wang Zhiqin, a Falun Dafa practitioner of Xinzhai Town, was arrested. These three practitioners have been released.

15. [Beijing City] Mr. Cheng Yuxin and Ms. Ouyang Yan Arrested
On July 19, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Cheng Yuxin, a resident of Xicheng District, was arrested when he was working, and his house was ransacked. His wife Ms. Ouyang Yan has been missing. Now, only his daughter is left with at home with no one to care for her.
16. [Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Yuan Ling's Family Members Continue to Be Mistreated
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yuan Ling, a resident of Xuzhou City, has been transferred secretly. Policemen from the Jinshanqiao Police Station and officers from the Biluoshanzhuang Neighborhood Administration forced Ms. Yuan Ling's husband and their less than 3-year-old daughter to move out of the house they were renting. The family was forced to move within one day on July 2, 2006.
17. [Xiangtan City, Hunan Province] Ms. Peng Xiaohong and Ms. Deng Yuxian Arrested in Xiangtan City
On July 12, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Peng Xiaohong and Ms. Deng Yuxian were arrested by policemen in Xiangtan City. The policemen took two computers, a printer and discs from Ms. Peng's house. No one knows where they are currently being detained.
18. [Beijing City] Ms. Dong Lancui Arrested
Ms. Dong Lancui, about 60 years old, is retired from the Department of Supplies in the China Ministry of Aerospace Industry 3rd Institute (also called the Beijing City Route-machine Manufacturing Company). She was arrested at home on February 24, 2006 simply because she practices Falun Gong. Two months later, she was tortured in the Fourth Ward of the Beijing City Women's Labor Camp. Since Ms. Dong was arrested, her retirement pension has not been paid by her employer.

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Li Xupeng, around 32 years old and 5'5'', is a resident of Shenmu County, Shaanxi Province. He graduated from the Department of Social Sciences at the Renmin University of China. He is employed by the Shenyang City National Administration School. Mr. Li has been tortured many times because he practice Falun Dafa.
In March, 2006, Mr. Li was arrested when he went to Beijing City to visit Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Bai Shaohua who had been tortured. This is the seventh time he has been arrested. One month later, Mr. Li was sent to the Shenyang City Zhangshi Brainwashing Center. Later, he was detained at the Fangjialan Detention Center in Dongling District, Shenyang City. Mr. Li is possibly currently detained at the Shenyang City Shenxin Labor Camp.
