Wuhua National Security Division Agent Lian Xueteng Orders the Arrest of a Toddler's Mother

Oct. 21, 2007 |   By a Falun Gong practitioner in Yunnan Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Some time ago, the Minghui website published an article that exposed the crimes of Lian Xueteng, leader of the National Security Division in Wuhua District, Kunming City. Lian Xueteng became angry and began to investigate, monitor and arrest those Falun Gong practitioners whom he believed to have contributed to the article's publication.

On September 30, 2007, Lian Xueteng directed policemen to arrest Kunming City practitioner Shi Yun. At the time of the arrest, Shi Yun was on her way to work. She was followed and arrested by a dozen plainclothes agents from the Xiaonan Police Station, the Wuhua Criminal Investigation Division and the Wuha National Security Division. They took her back to her home and ransacked it. They confiscated her personal computer, notebook, MP3 player, Dafa books, a printer, tape recorder and other belongings. They did not issue a receipt for the things they confiscated.

Shi Yun is a kind-hearted young mother. She has a two-year-old toddler who needs her care and attention. Shi Yun's husband is also a practitioner and was once detained for two and a half years. He was finally released in December 2006. His employers still won't let him return to work, so the whole family depends on Shi Yun's teacher's salary to make ends meet. Now that Shi Yun has been arrested, the whole family is in a dire situation.

Shi Yun is currently being held illegally in the Wuhan Detention Center.
