A young practitioner’s account of sending forth righteous thoughts

Dalian resident Duoduo is a five-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner. For persisting in their belief, Duoduo’s family has been persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Her grandmother has been illegally detained at the notorious Liaoning Province Dabei Prison for more than five years.

On the evening of January 18, 2007, Duoduo had a dream. In her dream, her parents and grandparents were happily on their way home when police officers, instigated by the CCP, approached them. Young Duoduo looked at them and said, "How dare you persecute Dafa practitioners!" When they heard this, the police officers lowered their heads and walked away. Duoduo also told her grandfather to send forth righteous thoughts whenever he has time. When the evil elements are eliminated, her grandmother and other practitioners will be released. Practitioners don’t need to rely on the police to release them, as they do not deserve to release practitioners either. Once the evil elements are completely eliminated, practitioners will not be detained any more.

After listening to Duoduo’s sharing, we are reminded of the importance of sending forth righteous thoughts. After Teacher published the article, Thoroughly Dissolve the Evil, we have come to understand the importance of completely eliminating the evil dens in Mainland China. We need to pay attention to sending forth righteous thoughts, eliminate the evil dens, and save more sentient beings.

The Power of Righteous Thoughts

After the Chinese New Year, banners that slandered Falun Dafa hung everywhere on the streets. There were also many fabricated pictures that defamed Dafa and practitioners posted in front of the entrance of the local municipal government building and false programs aired on television.

When a practitioner saw these banners and display boards, he immediately sent forth very strong righteous thoughts to completely eliminate all the rotten demons and dark minions in other dimensions that manipulated people to do bad things. A while later, when he went back to the government building, the display boards were no longer there.

When practitioners heard of this situation, they also sent forth righteous thoughts. Two days later, the banners disappeared. It really is as Teacher says, "While righteous thoughts display the might of Gods!" ("New Year's Greetings from Master")

The Story of Aning

Aning sells small commodities at a market. When there are no customers, she takes out her Dafa books and reads them. Her colleagues and many of her customers know that she is a practitioner. After she clarified the truth to them about the persecution of Falun Gong, many of them quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. Some of them ask her: "Sister Aning, can you give me another Dafa amulet? My sister doesn’t have one yet." The staff members at the market also learned the truth about the persecution and they began to protect Aning.

One day, Aning found her colleague, Xiaolin, in extreme pain. His hands were on this abdomen and he was bent forward. He tried hard to get to the door, but couldn’t.

Aning quickly walked up to him and asked what was wrong. However, he was in so much pain that he couldn’t say anything except to point in the direction of the door. So Aning helped Xiaolin and with much effort she got him outside, where they took a cab to the hospital.

In the cab, Xiaolin felt out of breath and murmured: "Aning, I won’t survive, I am going to die." Aning said to him, "Hurry up and wholeheartedly say ‘Falun Dafa is good.’ Don’t think about anything else." Xiaolin followed her direction and began to repeatedly recite: "Falun Dafa is good." As he was reciting, he felt his pain lessen tremendously.

When they got to the hospital, they had to deposit some money first before the doctors would treat Xiaolin. Aning normally didn’t have any cash with her, but that day she had 500 yuan. She gladly went to pay the deposit in a hurry so the doctor could treat Xiaolin, He was eventually diagnosed with gastric perforation. The doctor said that if they had come 10 minutes later, Xiaolin wouldn’t have survived.

Although they are colleagues, Xiaolin had not had much interaction with Aning. Through this incident, he and his family got to know how kind practitioners are, and they are grateful to Dafa for saving his life.
