The CCP Has Special Agents Secretly Read and Destroy Mail from Around the World

Feb. 25, 2007 |   By a Falun Gong practitioner in Changsha, Hunan Province

(Clearwisdom.net) The Chinese Communist Party's State Security Bureau has secretly established a special organization in hundreds of post offices and mail sorting centers in different provinces and cities in China. The special agents' job is to intercept and read the mail from overseas. They use a special device to read the contents of the letters without opening them. Even if a letter is folded, the computer is able to display the letter as though it was not folded at all. Should the agents find the content of a letter conflicting with the interest of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), they pass the case to the Public Security Bureau. The Public Security Bureau, which oversees all the law enforcement agencies in China including the police stations, will have the recipient of the letter followed. The agents destroy banned books, such as the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, when they find them in the mail. The key departments of the post offices or the key departments of the post offices at the provincial level often receive faxes directly from the State Security Bureau giving them updates, such as, "Lately the forces from overseas have been mailing a lot of the Nine Commentaries."

The State Security Bureau's special agent organization owns a few rooms on the first or second floor of the mail sorting center of many post offices. They keep the doors shut all year round, committing these despicable crimes. The key departments of the post offices or the office managers can identify the special agents' rooms. In general, the management staff and law-enforcement officers in the post office system know that the CCP has been secretly reading the letters from overseas.

We urge fellow Falun Gong practitioners to send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil so that mail containing the truth about Falun Gong will bypass these special agents. We also urge international human rights organizations, the universal postal union, and international postal organizations to investigate, condemn and stop the CCP's despicable crimes of violating the privacy of citizens from around the world.
