1. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Five Falun Dafa Practitioners Including Ms. Mu Chunhong Arrested
In the afternoon of February 12, 2007, five Falun Dafa practitioners (Ms. Mu Chunhong, Ms. Zhao Yingjie, Ms. Liu Yuhe, Mr. Zhao Guoxing and Ms. Wang Liqiu) from Jilin City were arrested by the police from Xiangyang Station of the Chuanying District Police Department, Jilin City and the State Security Division of the Jilin City Police Department at a rental location near the Xiangyang Market, Chuanying District, Jilin City.
On that same day, at 6:00 p.m., while Ms. Mu Chunhong was riding a bike past the Xiangyang Market across from the Xiangyang Local Police Station, three policemen came out from a passenger sedan and knocked her to the ground. They then handcuffed her and forced her into the sedan. Ms. Mu Chunhong shouted loudly, "Falun Dafa is good." Later on she was taken to the Xiangyang Local Police Station.
Mr. Zhao Guoxing heard that Ms. Mu Chunhong might have had an accident, so he wanted to go take a look together with another practitioner. They did not return. It is speculated that they might have been arrested by the ambushing policemen.
On the afternoon of February 13, Ms. Wang Liqiu went there to look for Ms. Mu Chunhong who had been out for a whole night, and she was arrested by the same policemen.
The arrested practitioners' family members have asked the related departments for their release, but these departments have all dodged responsibility. Now it is known that these five practitioners have been forcefully taken to the Jilin City Detention Center.
2. [Shanxi Province] Ms. Su Xiufang and Others' Lives in Danger Due to Persecution
On the evening of November 7, 2006, the 610 Office in Datong City directed various local police stations to illegally arrest practitioners at their homes and send them to the Forced Labor Camp of Shanxi Province. Ms. Su Xiufang, Ms. Li Xiulian, Ms. Qin Junping, Mr. Xin Enhao, and Ms. Ma Yueying have been on a hunger strike to protest the persecution for the past three months and nine days. These practitioners have been persecuted to the point that their lives are in danger. Not only have the police not released them, but they plan to send the practitioners to a hospital in Shanxi Province to continue the mistreatment.

3. [Beijing] Practitioner Ms. Meng Guirong Illegally Arrested Once Again
Ms. Meng Guirong, a practitioner from Miyun County, had her home illegally ransacked on January 10, 2007. She was arrested at that time and is currently imprisoned at the detention center.
Ms. Meng, about 40 years old, lives at Jinpoluo Village, Miyun County. She is always kind. In 2001, Ms. Meng was illegally sent to a labor camp for one-and-a-half years of forced labor. While she was imprisoned at the Women's Forced Labor Dispatching Division in Beijing, her hair turned gray overnight. Meng Guirong is being tortured mentally and physically at the first Ward of the Women's Labor Camp in Beijing.

On February 4, 2007, practitioner Ms. Li Guiling from Datun Town, Changchun City was reported to the authorities when clarifying the truth. The police from Datun Town Station illegally arrested her, dragged her into a vehicle, and took her to her home to confiscate her family's property. The police also used electric batons to shock Ms. Li, causing her to roll on the ground due to the pain. Currently, she is illegally imprisoned at an unknown place
5. [Foshan City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Ms. He Sifeng Still Illegally Imprisoned at a Forced Labor Camp
Practitioner Ms. He Sifeng from the Yanbu Neighborhood, Nanhai District, Foshan City was illegally sent to the Sanshui Labor Camp in 2001 for one year of forced labor. Her husband, a non-practitioner, argued strongly for her release many times. The manager of the Hexi Police Station in the Yanbu Neighborhood, Bai Qihua (gender unknown), fabricated false materials claiming that Ms. He was the "chieftain" of local Falun Gong practitioners, and often came to their home to harass, confiscate books and so on.
On December 5, 2006, in the early morning, Ms. He Sifeng was arrested by the police while distributing truth-clarification materials. Currently, she is illegally imprisoned at Sanshui Labor Camp.
6. [Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Mingtao's Whereabouts Unclear
Mr. Li Mingtao from Handan City was originally imprisoned in the Fourth Team of Beijiao Prison in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. In May 2006 he was brought to the brainwashing class, located in the Special Management Building set up by the Education Section, to be tortured. He was closely monitored by three criminals. In July the monitoring was withdrawn. Ever since Mr. Li Mingtao was brought to the Education Section, there has been no information about him at all.

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Mao Cuiying from Anlu City was illegally arrested by police while distributing truth clarification materials. Presently she is imprisoned at Sili Detention Center.

With the power of righteous thoughts, practitioner Ms. Sun Yunchuan from Ligezhuang Town, Jiaozhou City returned home from the detention center in an open and aboveboard manner on February 16, 2007 at about 9:20 a.m.
9. [Songyuan City, Jilin Province] Vagrant Colludes with Local Police to Persecute His Family Members
On February 4, 2007, vagrant Chen Jian'guo (male), from Sanjingzi Town, Songyuan City, ran into his younger sister, Ms. Chen Minghui, at their relative's home. Chen Jian'guo demanded 1,000 yuan from Ms. Chen Minghui, claiming that he would otherwise go to the local police station in Sanjingzi Town and report her to the authorities. After Ms. Chen Minghui rejected Chen Jian'guo's attempt to extort money from her, Chen Jian'guo went to the local police station in Sanjingzi Town and found the manager Xu Qingsen (male), and reported to him that Ms. Chen Minghui is a Falun Gong practitioner. Afterwards, Xu Qingsen went to Ms. Chen Minghui's home twice to arrest her. Ms. Chen Minghui fled both times. Now Ms. Chen Minghui's family has been forced to become homeless. Chen Jian'guo's mother, Ms. Shao Xiuyan, is also a Falun Dafa practitioner. She has also been forced to become destitute and homeless by Chen Jian'guo and has stayed away from home for a very long time.

10. [Daxin'anling City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Bo Liwei, Ms. Yan Xiuying and Others Illegally Arrested
On the evening of February 11, 2007, practitioners Mr. Bo Liwei and Ms. Yan Xiuying from Hanjiayuan Forestry Bureau in Daxin'anling City were illegally arrested while distributing truth clarification materials. At 2:00 a.m., their homes were illegally ransacked and their equipment for preparing truth-clarification materials, as well as some truth-clarification materials, were confiscated. These practitioners are presently imprisoned at the Hanjiayuan Detention Center and are suffering mistreatment.
In addition, practitioner Mr. Liu Feng from Songling District, Daxin'anling City was arrested on the evening of February 14, 2007. His home was ransacked. It is unknown where he is illegally imprisoned.

11. [Chongqing City] Recent News about Practitioner Ms. Zhao Xingmei
Practitioner Ms. Zhao Xingmei from Wanzhou District, Chongqing City was illegally sentenced to one year of forced labor. Currently, she is imprisoned in the Fourth Ward of the Women's Forced Labor Administration Center in Chongqing City. Ms. Zhao Xingmei's father is critically ill now. Her mother is old, but still needs to look after Ms. Zhao's young daughter for her.
