1. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Yang Jianpo on a Hunger Strike for Over Three Hundred Seventy Days and in Critical Condition
Practitioner Mr. Yang Jianpo has been on a hunger strike for over three hundred seventy days. Since the end of January 2007, someone from the Jidong Prison of Tangshan City in Hebei Province had come to his home to prepare paperwork for releasing him for medical care. Supposedly, Mr. Wang Jianpo was going to be released the following day. However, Mr. Yang Jianpo is still being held. His family members are worried about his safety.
2. [Shifang City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Wu Shaolan Suffering from Mental Disorder Due to Torture
Ms. Wu Shanlan is a practitioner from Majing Town, Shifang City in Sichuan Province. In 2004, she was arrested by the local 610 Office and sentenced to one year of imprisonment. She was released in July 2006. Prior to her being persecuted for practicing Falun Dafa, her mental condition was totally normal and she used to be able to farm in the field. However, when she was held in the prison, she was forcibly injected with psychiatric drugs which caused her to suffer from mental disorders.

3. [Pan County, Guizhou Province] Mr. Pu Enfu and Other Practitioners Illegally Arrested
Since the beginning of January 2007, the 610 Office of Guizhou Province has led the Liupanshui City 610 Office, the State Security Division, the local police station, and others to be stationed in the Baiguo Town of Pan County to secretly regulate, monitor, follow, harass, and arrest Falun Dafa practitioners in the entire region of Pan County.
At present, many practitioners have been arrested and had their homes ransacked. At the beginning of this month, several practitioners were illegally arrested. Among them are Mr. Pu Enfu and Mr. Wang Yunlong, who had left home for several months to avoid being arrested.

4. [Hengyang City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Ms. Chen Caizhen Arrested in Ningbo City
Practitioner Ms. Chen Caizhen from Hengyang City was distributing truth-clarification materials near Majiaqiao Village, Jiulonghu Town, Zhenhai District, Ningbo City in Zhejiang Province at around 8:00 p.m. on February 5, 2007 when she was noted by the local Joint Defense Team and subsequently arrested. Several other practitioners and Ms. Ji Kefeng, who lives in the local region but does not practice Falun Dafa, were also arrested at the same time. One practitioner escaped safely.
5. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Practitioners Ms. Guo Fuyun and Ms. Chen Shuqin Arrested
On February 8, 2007, practitioners Ms. Guo Fuyun and Ms. Chen Shuqin from Laishui City were arrested on the west side of the Long’an Bridge in Songgezhuang Township, Laishui County, by police officers including Xu Jianzhong (male) from the Long’an Police Station. Both practitioners are currently being illegally held in the Laishui County Detention Center.
6. [Dachang County, Hebei Province] Practitioners Ms. Du Hezhen and Ms. Li Baoyun Arrested
On the evening of February 7, 2007, practitioners Ms. Du Hezhen (forty-eight years old) and Ms. Li Baoyun (fifty-six years old) from Xiaotun Village, Xiadian Town in Dachang County were distributing and posting truth-clarification materials in Beiwu Village when they were reported to police and subsequently arrested by officers from the Xiadian Town Police Station. The location of where they are being held is not clear.

7. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Five Practitioners including Mr. Liu Zengxin Arrested
On the evening of February 8, 2007, practitioner Mr. Liu Zengxin and his wife, practitioner Ms. Liu Sublan from Wangpei Village, Sunji Town, Shouguang City, were arrested, and their home was ransacked. Their computer, printer, and other items were confiscated.
In addition, practitioner Mr. Zhao Faxin from Jitai Town, Shouguang City, practitioner Mr. Chen Chengye, and his wife, practitioner Ms. Liu Guifen from Cuijia Village, Jianqiao Township, Shoguang City, were also arrested. Mr. Chen Chengye and Ms. Liu Guifen have been released.
8. [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Mr. Chen Ling Illegally Held in the Changliu Detention Center of Tonghua City
On January 19, 2007, practitioner Mr. Zhen Ling from Tonghua City went to Shanghai to visit relatives. When he was passing through Meihe City in Jilin Province, he was arrested by the police. Mr. Chen Ling was carrying truth-clarification CDs and Falun Dafa materials in his pockets. All of these materials were confiscated by the police. Later, he was forcibly taken back to Tonghua City by the Tonghua City Police Department. Mr. Chen Ling is currently being held in the Changliu Detention Center of Tonghua City.

Practitioner Ms. Yang Xiujin went out on the morning of February 13, 2007, and so far he has not returned.
10. [Jilin City] Five Falun Dafa Practitioners Arrested and Whereabouts Unknown
On the afternoon of February 12, 2007, practitioners Ms. Miao Chunhong, Mr. Zhao Guoxing, Ms. Zhao Yingjie and Ms. Liu Yuhe were arrested by police in their rented apartment near the Xiangyang Market.
At around 5:00 p.m. on February 13, 2007, practitioner Ms. Wang Liqiu went to a rented apartment to look for practitioner Ms. Miao Chunhong, who had not returned home the night before, and he was also arrested by officers who were hiding in the apartment.
Ms. Wang Liqiu was born in August 1958. She used to work as the Chemical Examiner of the Jinjiang Chemical Industry Factory of Jiangcheng General Factory of the Jilin Chemical Industry Company. She is now retired. She started to practice Falun Dafa in 1998. After July 20, 1999, Ms. Wang Liqiu went to Beijing City twice to validate Dafa. Because of this, she was illegally held and subjected to forced labor. She suffered from severe torture. She is currently being held in the Jilin City Detention Center.
On the night of February 13, 2007, Ms. Wang Liqiu’s family members went to the Chuanying Police Department, the Xiangyang Police Station, and other places to look for her and to request her release. They were told by the police officers from the Xiangyang Police Station that Ms. Wang Liqiu was arrested by police from the Jilin City State Security Division. At present, the whereabouts of the arrested practitioners are not clear.

11. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Ning Hong Illegally Sentenced to Three Years of Imprisonment
On February 12, 2007, the Chengdu City Middle Level Court illegally sentenced practitioner Ms. Ning Hong, from the Sichuan Province Radio Station, to three years of imprisonment.
12. [Guangshan County, Henan Province] Supplementary Information on the Arrest of Several Practitioners
At around 9:30 p.m. on January 27, 2007, practitioners Ms. Dong Yurong (fifty years old) and Ms. Zhang Zhongyun (forty-five years old, staff member of the County Livestock Raising Bureau) went to a place near the Nancheng Police Station to post truth-clarification materials, and they were arrested by the patrolling police officers from the Nancheng Police Station. Both practitioners are currently being held in the county detention centers.
At a little past 9:00 p.m. on January 28, 2007, practitioner Ms. Hu Qingxian (thirty-five years old, started to practice Falun Dafa in March 2006), who is a teacher from the County Underage Children’s Education Center, went to the Police Department under the deception of her mother-in-law, Huang Hengzhen, and the principal of the education center. She is currently being illegally held in the detention center.
On January 29, 2007, practitioner Ms. Ruan (in her forties and resident of a remote village) was forcibly taken from her home to the County Police Department by officers from the local 610 Office. On the evening of January 29, 2007, she was subjected to the torture method of Handcuffed behind the Back (1) and was brutally beaten for one night. The following day the police extorted five thousand yuan from her family members before she was released.
On the morning of January 30, 2007, practitioner Mr. Chen Lianghe (fifty-five years old) was shopping for vegetables in the county market when he was arrested by police officers (including Yang Daogui and Qu Yingde, both male) from the 610 Office, and she was taken to the detention center.

13. [Beijing City] Practitioner Mr. Yang Fuhua Arrested at Home
On the afternoon of February 10, 2007 (part of the Chinese New Year festivities according to the lunar calendar), several police officers from the Haidian Detention Center illegally arrested practitioner Mr. Yang Fuhua from Shibalidian Township, Chaoyang District in front of his entire family.

As a follow-up of the information reported on February 12, 2007 regarding the arrest of practitioners Mr. Liang Wenjian and his wife, now it is further learned that several other practitioners, including Ms. Zhu Yubiao and Ms. Wu Jiangyan, were arrested along with them. Those other practitioners’ names, however, are not known.

15. [Nanhai City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Mt. Mai Renming Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Mai Renming was arrested at the beginning of February 2007, when he was distributing truth-clarification materials in Foshan/Nanhai City. He is currently being held illegally in the Nanhai City Detention Center. His wife and two-year old child are now left home alone.
16. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Jin Meizi Arrested
At the beginning of February 2007, practitioner Ms. Jin Meizi from Changchun City was arrested at home near the Changchun City Car Factory.
Ms. Jin Meizi’s husband, practitioner Mr. Jin Xuezhe, who was illegally sentenced to ten years of imprisonment, is currently being held and tortured in the Shiling Prison of Siping City.
17. [Gucheng County, Hebei Province] Practitioners Ms. Wang Xiuying and Ms. Wang Jinfeng Arrested
On the evening of February 11, 2007, practitioners Ms. Wang Xiuying and Ms. Wang Jinfeng from Gucheng County were posting truth-clarification banners near Qianshagang Village, Gucheng County, when they were discovered by the Patrolling 110 Group, who illegally detained both practitioners. The officers also called the Zhengkou Police Station. Zhou Jian (male) led people to illegally take the practitioners to the Gucheng County Detention Center where they are currently being persecuted.
18. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Ms. Fan Xiaofeng Arrested by State Security Division
At noon on February 12, 2007, practitioner Ms. Fan Xiaofeng was arrested by the State Security Division on her way to the market. She was forcibly taken to the Nonglin Police Station of Yuexiu District. On the afternoon of February 12, 2007, she was taken to the Chatou Brainwashing Center of Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province.

20. [Chengde, Hebei Province] Information on the Persecution of Practitioners Including Mr. Zheng Haitao
On February 6, 2007, practitioner Mr. Zheng Haitao from Luanping County, a taxi cab driver, was arrested by police officers from Tong County in Beijing City.
On the evening of January 9, 2007, six practitioners from Shatuozi Township, Pingquan County were arrested by the police from Shatuozi Township, Pingquan County; their homes were ransacked as well. These practitioners are: Mr. Liu Wenshu, Mr. Liu Wenji, Ms. Li Ruiyun, Ms. Li Ruixia (from Chifeng City), Ms. Wang Guifeng, and Mr. Han Jingyu. The practitioners were subjected to one year and nine months of illegal forced labor. Among them, Mr. Liu Wenji has been protesting the persecution through a hunger strike; Mr. Han Jingyu was rejected by the forced labor camp due to hypertension and tachycardia, which were discovered during the physical examination. Both practitioners were sent back to the Pingquan County Detention Center, where they are being subjected to continued torture. Practitioners Ms. Li Ruiyun, Ms. Li Ruixia, Ms. Wang Guifeng, and Mr. Liu Wenshu are currently being held in the Gaoyang County Forced Labor Camp of Baoding City.

21. [Meishan City, Sichuan Province] Supplementary Information on the Arrest of Practitioners Including Mr. Luo Libin
On January 12, 2007, many practitioners from Meishan City were arrested. Currently, five practitioners, Mr. Luo Libin, Mr. Zhang Maolin, Ms. Zhang Yan, Ms. Wang Zejun, and Mr. Zhou Xuebin, are still being held illegally and persecuted. Among them, Mr. Luo Libin is being held in the Renshou County Detention Center in Sichuan Province. The other four practitioners are held at an unknown location.
Practitioner Mr. Shen Xuewen was reportedly released. However, his current whereabouts are unknown. Other practitioners have also been released.
22. [Changde City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhu Zhilan Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Zhu Zhilan (sixty years old) from Anxiang County in Changde City was arrested at her daughter’s home by police officers from the Anxiang County Police Department on February 7, 2007. She is currently being held in the No. 1 Detention Center of Changde City.
Practitioner Mr. Liu Heqing is from Yishuhe Town, Xiantan County. He was sentenced to two years of illegal forced labor around May 20, 2005. When he first arrived at the Xinkaipu Forced Labor Camp, he was forced to write the so-called Three Statements. After he regained a clear mind, Mr. Liu Heqing called out loudly "Falun Dafa is good!" at 2:00 a.m. on June 12, 2005. He was held in confinement and was subjected to brutal torture with an electric baton. Mr. Liu Heqing persisted in calling out "Falun Dafa is good!’ at meal times, and he continued to do so for over three months. Later, the forced labor camp considered him to have mental problems, and he was finally released after undergoing a hospital examination.
24. [Foshan City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Mr. Mai Renming Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Mai Renming from Heshun Town, Nanhai District of Foshan City was reported to the police on February 5, 2007 when he was clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa. Mr. Mai is currently under custody, and he was taken to the Nanhai District Detention Center.
25. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Yuan Li Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Yuan Li from the Mudanjiang Mills Carton Plant was recently arrested. Her husband was arrested on December 12, 2006 and has been held in the detention center.
26. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Chen Minghui’s Whereabouts Unknown Since Her Second Arrest
Ms. Chen Minghui, fifty-three years old, is a practitioner from Dalian City. In 2005, she was arrested by the State Security Division of Dalian City, but she later left with righteous thoughts. She had to leave home to avoid being arrested. On February 6, 2007, she was arrested again by the State Security Division of Dalian City. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
27. [Chenzhou City, Hunan Province] Four Elderly Practitioners Arrested while Studying Falun Dafa at Home
In September 2006, practitioner Mr. Luo Xinqiu and his wife, practitioner Ms. Peng Jianmei, were reported to the police when they were posting truth-clarification materials, and they were subsequently arrested. When police, headed by Chen Shimin (male), illegally interrogated them, they brutally beat Mr. Luo Xinqiu on the top of his head and his chest, and they also instigated criminals in the detention center to continue to torture him with inhuman methods. Under the single-handed "management" of Chen Shimin (male), Mr. Luo Xinqiu was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor camp, while Ms. Peng Jianmei was sentenced to four years of imprisonment.
On the afternoon of February 7, 2007, several elderly practitioners were studying the Fa together in a fellow practitioner’s home. They were reported to the CCP Residential Committee Office of Yuhou Street. The Director of the CCP Residential Committee Office, He Furong (female) and staff member Zhang Zhijun (female) colluded with the Bailudong Town Police Station to arrest the four Falun Dafa practitioners. Falun Dafa books were confiscated and the fellow practitioner’s home was ransacked. Chen Shimin (male), the police officer from the State Security Division, ordered police officers from the police station to interrogate the four elderly practitioners from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Except the release of a practitioner in her seventies, the other three practitioners were arrested under the accusation of "endangering social order" and were forcibly taken to the Tiziling Detention Center of Shuxian District in Chenzhou City. The detention term was fifteen days. On the following day, when a family member of one of the four elderly practitioners went to visit, he was subjected to extortion amounting to 680 yuan as fees for food.

28. [Yueyang City, Hunan Province] Many Practitioners Harassed by the Police
On the afternoon of January 28, 2007, practitioner Mr. Lu Youliang was arrested by Yang Yu (male), the Director of the Administration of Justice Department of the Liangxinbao Town. On the afternoon of February 2, 2007, under the instruction of Zhu Gangyao (male), the Chief of the Liangxinbao Town Police Station, the Deputy Chief of the police station, Cai Dechun (male), and the Director of the Administration of Justice Department, Liang Yu (male), police officer Liu Xiongjun (male) and some local thugs broke into the homes of practitioners Ms. Wu Xizhen, Ms. Li Meixiu and Ms. Li Xueqing without showing any warrants. They made a total mess of the practitioners’ homes. In the home of practitioner Ms. Li Xueqing, who lived in the Agriculture Division of the No. 4 Farm, they even pulled their out guns to threaten her. They forcibly snatched the handbag of her oldest daughter, who had come home from Changsha City to celebrate the Chinese New Year, and they even threatened to take her away. When her son-in-law stood up to help the practitioners, he was shoved to the ground. Mr. Lu Youliang is currently being held illegally in the No. 1 Division of the Yueyang City Detention Center.

29. [Shanghai City] Practitioner Ms. Gu Yaqin Illegally Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Gu Yaqin from Yangpu District of Shanghai City did not return home after she went out on the evening of February 10, 2007. After midnight the following day, someone who claimed to be from the Police Department called Ms. Gu’s family members to inform them that Ms. Gu Yaqin had been arrested by the Police Department and was held in the Yangpu District Detention Center.
According to those who know additional information, three people went to Ms. Gu Yaqin’s home to ask her family members to sign the Certificate of the Detention of Criminals. Ms. Gu Yaqin was sentenced to be held for one month.
30. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] State Security Division of Funing County and Zhuchaoying Police Station Attempted to Arrest Falun Dafa Practitioners
On February 9, 2007, the State Security Division of Funing County colluded with the Zhucaoying Town Police Station to break into the homes of practitioners Ms. Zhang Yanliang and Ms. Wang Huishuang from Zhucaoying Town; they attempted to arrest these two practitioners. They failed because the practitioners were not home.

Practitioner Mr. Jin Lianqing from Shenyang City was arrested by officers from the Shandongmiao Police Station of Shenhe District between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on January 28, 2007. He is currently being held illegally in Room 16 of the Shenhe District Detention Center.
32. [Chongqing City] Supplementary Information on the Arrest of Practitioners
On February 1, 2007, police officers from Chongqing City deployed four cars to arrest all of the practitioners who were doing morning exercises inside of the Cultural Palace. Everyone was interrogated, and whoever was practicing Falun Gong was held. At present, the practitioners still being illegally held are: Mr. Luo Futian, Mr. Shi Jihuai, Mr. Li Tianbi, and Mr. Zhang. Some other practitioners have been released.

Practitioner Mr. Zhang Chaoqun from the 303 Warehouse in Hubei Province was dismissed from work on October 27, 2006 just because he refused to give up practicing Falun Dafa.

In the second half of January 2007, practitioner Ms. Wu Shulan from Qindeli Farm was arrested by the Police Department of the Qindeli Factory when she was distributing truth-clarification materials. She is currently being held in the Qindeli Detention Center.

Around 5:00 p.m. on February 12, 2007, practitioner Ms. Liu Tao was arrested by seven to eight police officers including Wang Dali (male) from the Shanxi Provincial Women’s Forced Labor Camp of Taiyuan City as well as three local police officers.

At present, Ms. Wu Guangmin and Mr. Jiang Biao have been sent home due to medical conditions, while Ms. Ren Xingqin and her daughter, Ms. Jia Qiumei, are still being held in the Jiamusi Forced Labor Camp. Their family members have been to the camp to request their release. However, the Jiamusi City State Security Division, the forced labor camp, and the Haobei District Police Department have been shifting the responsibilities between one another, thereby refusing to release them.
