Secretary of the Party Committee in Miyun County, Beijing, Received Karmic Retribution for Committing Evil Deeds and Died

Liu Lijun, male, 45, was a Party committee secretary and head of Dongshaoqu Town, Miyun County, Beijing before he died. During seven years in office, he actively participated in persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners by commanding the local police station and 610 office. As a result, four practitioners were "illegally sentenced" to prison, many to forced labor camps, and many others were abducted and taken to the brainwashing center of the Miyun County Firing Ground at the Miyun County Detention Center, where they are still suffering persecution.

In the beginning of 2006, Mr. Liu suffered considerable discomfort, so he went to a large hospital in Beijing for treatment. His illness was diagnosed as late-stage esophageal cancer. Failing to respond to nearly one year of treatment, Liu Lijun died in the second half of 2006. After hearing this news, the local people all said, "This is what he deserves for persecuting good people."
