1. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Luan Fusheng on the Brink of Death from Persecution in the Qi County Jail
Practitioner Mr. Luan Fusheng is currently in the Taiyuan City Public Security Bureau's 109 Hospital for emergency treatment. He is near-death due to complications from diabetes caused by long-term persecution and malnutrition and has also been diagnosed with tuberculosis.
The hospital has listed his condition as critical for the third time since the end of 1995. His family has repeatedly requested that the officials at the Shanxi Provincial Jail Administration Bureau release him on bail for medical treatment, but they've refused every time, saying, "Falun Gong practitioners aren't to be released on bail for medical treatment."

2. [Beijing] Beijing Police Threaten and Harass Attorney Li Heping
Li Heping is Shijiazhuang practitioner Ms. Wang Bo's attorney. On February 13, 2007, Li Heping went to the Intermediate Court of Shijiazhuang City to submit legal documents. On March 14, agents of the Beijing City Judicature Bureau went to Li Heping's law office and expressed their "concern." On March 16 the Beijing City Police Department National Security Team went to the legal office and exerted pressure on the director.
3. [Shuangliu County, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhou Juhua Detained
Ms. Zhou Juhua is around 55 years old. She lives in Dalin Village, Dalin Town, Shuangliu County, Sichuan Province. On March 6, 2007, Zhou Juhua was arrested when she went to Danxing Town to distribute truth-clarification materials. She was first detained in the Yongxing Town Police Station in Shuangliu County and then transferred to the Shuangliu Police Department.
During that time officers of the Sanxing Town Police Station and the Yongxing Town Police Station went to Dalin, searched Ms. Zhou's home and confiscated her property.
4. [Lingqing City, Shandong Province] Ms. Lin Yuexia Detained
On March 15, 2007, practitioner Ms. Lin Yuexia from Lizhuang Village, Lingqing City, was reported along with some other practitioners while they clarified the truth. Officers of the Daiwan Township Police Station arrested them. Ms. Lin is currently detained at the Lingqing Detention Center. Another practitioner managed to escape with righteous thoughts and righteous actions.

5. [Tianjin City] Practitioners Zheng Guorong, Chen Xiuying and Wang Hongwei Arrested
Plainclothes policemen arrested practitioners Mr. Zheng Guorong and Ms. Chen Xiuying from Caiguan Village, Xunguantun Township, Wuqing District, Tianjin City, while they were clarifying the truth. They are currently detained at the Wuqing District Detention Center.
On March 15, 2007, the police arrested practitioner Mr. Wang Hongwei from Caiguan Village, accusing him of mailing truth-clarification materials. The police searched his home and took an incense burner and pictures of Teacher. Mr. Wang Hongwei is currently detained at the Wuqing District Detention Center.

On March 15, 2007, police officers Xi Xudong and Wang Qiang from the Wanyuan National Security Team arrested practitioner Mr. Xiong Zhengming from Wanyuan City. The police also illegally broke into Mr. Xiong Zhengming's home and took his property, including a computer and a printer.

11. [Hong'an County, Hubei Province] Practitioner Mr. Wang Congwen Receiving Emergency Medical Treatment
At 7 a.m. on March 19, 2007, Yao Xuejun and five plainclothes policemen broke into local practitioner Mr. Wang Congwen's home, intending to arrest him by force and take him to the provincial brainwashing center. Mr. Wang Congwen jumped from the third floor and is now receiving emergency medical treatment at a hospital.
12. [Xishui County, Hubei Province] Recent Information on Practitioner Rao Wanglai's Persecution
During the first half of 2005, Xishui County police arrested Mr. Rao Wanglai from Zhudian, Zishui County. Mr. Rao was sentenced to four years' imprisonment. He is currently detained at a detention center in Xishui County and is being subjected to inhuman torture. On the morning of February 15, 2007, three of his cell mates, including Chen Lei, beat him. Chen Lei kicked Mr. .Rao in the groin, rendering him unconscious. Officials at the detention center sent him to Xishui Local Hospital for emergency treatment. The doctor diagnosed Mr. Rao with ruptured testicles. His condition was very serious and he needed to be hospitalized. Six days later he was removed from the hospital by force, prematurely ending his treatment. He is still being detained.
Mr. Zhong Changkui and Ms. Zhang Yuhong were illegally sentenced to three years' imprisonment, but their current whereabouts are unknown.
On December 12, 2005, Mr. Li Zhengwen was sent to the Tangsunhu Brainwashing Center. In January 2006 the guards tied him to a chair and injected him with an unidentified substance. As a result Mr. Li lost the ability to communicate. Several days later Mr. Li was sent to the psych ward at the Hubei Provincial People's Hospital. He is currently detained at the First Detention Center in Xishui County.
13. [Meishan City, Sichuan Province] Practitioners Luo Libin and Shi Huafen Persecuted
On February 10, 2007, Ms. Luo Libin was sentenced to two years' forced labor education. Now she is detained in the Dongpo District Detention Center in Meishan City.
On March 15, 2007, about 20 policemen from the Meishan National Security Team and the Chengxi Police Station in Dongpo District, Meishan City, arrested Ms. Shi Huafen, who lives on Xiaxi Street in Dongpo District. She is now detained in the Dongpo District Detention Center in Meishan City.
14. [Anlu City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Gao Zhengjia Persecuted
Around March 13, 2007, Mr. Gao Zhengjia of Gaozhai Village, Lidian Town, Anlu City, Hubei Province, was arrested while he distributed truth-clarification materials in Yunmeng County, Hubei Province. Gao Zhengjia's wife is mute and has a mental disorder. Their son is about five years old. The whole family depends on Mr. Gao for financial support.
15. [Shiyan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Li Yuanzhen Arrested
On the afternoon of March 9, 2007, 52-year-old Ms. Li Yuanzhen from Shiyan City was arrested at home by officers from the police section at the Second Railway Department in Bailang District, Shiyan City. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
16. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Han Shufen Arrested; Police Beat Her Family Members When They Asked for Her Release
Ms. Han Shufen is an elderly practitioner from Poyang Street, Jiang'an District, Wuhan City. She was reported around 8 a.m. on March 15, 2007, while she distributed truth-clarification materials. Officers from the Wuhan Police Department, the Jiang'an District Police Department, and the Shanghai Street Police Station arrested her at home and conducted an illegal search. Afterwards Ms. Han's children went to the police station and asked for her release. The police threatened and beat Ms. Han's family members and detained her youngest son at the Jiang'an Detention Center for ten days. Her youngest son received numerous injuries to his head and neck. Ms. Han Shufen is currently detained at the Hubei Woman's Detention Center.
17. [Beihai City, Guangxi Province] Practitioner Li Shijuan Persecuted
On July 10, 1999, Ms. Li Shijuan went to Nanning City to validate the Fa. She was arrested on the way and sent to the Nanning Police Department. She was illegally detained for 24 hours. In March 2001, Chen Jinyang from Jinghai Town sent Ms. Li by force to the brainwashing center at the Beihai Drug Rehabilitation Center.

Ms. Lei Yinzhi is a practitioner in Wuhan City. She was a high-ranking official in the Hubei Province Women's Association. On February 2007 the local police arrested her while she was clarifying the truth to people.
19. [Gejiu City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Zhang Guixian Persecuted at a Detention Center
On March 10, 2007, practitioner Ms. Zhang Guixian went to the old family housing of Honghe State's government in Yunnan Province to distribute truth-clarification materials. A resident reported her to the guards of the Changda Company. Ms. Zhang Guixian was taken away by force. That night she was sent to the Gejiu Police Department Detention Center, where she is currently detained.

On March 7, 2007, 58-year-old practitioner Ms. Li Shuqing from Sanxing Town, Shuangliu County was reported to the police while she was clarifying the truth in Yongxing Town, Shuangliu County. Officers from the Yongxing Town Police Station arrested her. She is currently detained at the Shuangliu County Detention Center.

On the morning of March 19, 2007, Qichun County 610 Office Director Song Jie led local policemen, including Yi Jun, to arrest practitioner Ms. Yi Juying in front of her home in Qichun County.
22. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Mo Xianmei Illegally Detained at the Zengcheng Detention Center in Guangzhou
Ms. Mo Xianmei from Zengcheng was reported for distributing truth-clarification materials to her customer. She was arrested and detained at the Zengcheng Detention Center.
23. [Hongjiang City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Xiang Kaicheng Arrested
On October 16, 2006, Mr. Xiang Kaicheng left some truth-clarification materials on a tour bus near the entrance of the Hongjiang City People's Hospital. The driver saw him, grabbed him by his clothing, and reported him to the police. Police officer Yi Zhongxian of the Hongjiang 610 Office took Mr. Xiang by force to the police department and interrogated him for more than one hour. Afterwards the police took Mr. Xiang's keys and searched his home. They illegally took all of his valuables, including his computer, printer, cellphone, recorder, computer software CDs, Dafa books, and truth-clarification materials. Mr. Xiang was illegally detained for the next 12 days.

On the afternoon on March 7, 2007, police officers from Baicheng and Taonan arrested practitioner Ms. Yu Shuchun from Taonan at her office at the Taonan City Business Bureau. They searched her home and confiscated her property without a warrent. It's believed that Ms. Yu Shuchun is currently detained in Baicheng City.

26. [Daxing'anling, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Meng Fanguang's Persecution Experience
Ms. Meng Fanguang is 40 years old. Before she began practicing Falun Dafa she had such severe pain in her midsection that she couldn't bend at the waist. Soon after she obtained the Fa all of her illnesses disappeared.
In the spring of 2000 Ms. Meng went to Beijing to appeal and was sent to a forced labor camp by the Tuqiang Police Department.
In August of 2006 the Tuqiang Police Department arrested her again. In order to resist the persecution she went on a hunger strike. Later on she was sent to the Shuanghe Labor Camp in Qiqihaer City. At the same time practitioners Ms. Zhang Xiuchun, Ms. Zhang Huimin, Ms. Bai Zhijuan and Ms. Zhang Qiulan were also arrested and sent to labor camps.

On the morning of March 13, 2007, Yuan from the Hengyang City National Security Team brought several police officers from the Zhengxiang Police Station and broke into Ms. Liu Ying's home. Ms. Liu was arrested and sent to Hengyang's Second Detention Center. The police illegally searched her home and took all of her Dafa books and truth-clarification materials.
28. [Yilong County, Sichuan Province] More Information about Practitioner Zhang Xiuzheng's Persecution
On March 15, 2007, Ms. Zhang Xiuzhen from Yilong County was arrested when she went to visit Guang'an City, Sichuan Province, and distribute truth-clarification materials. Afterwards officials from the Yilong County Politics and Law Committee, the 610 Office, and the National Security Team turned out in full force and arrested practitioners Ms. Xian Yuzhen and Mr. Lin Shoujing at the old county capital and searched the two practitioners' homes. Additionally, a couple of other practitioners were forced to become homeless and destitute in order to avoid being arrested.

29. [Xianning City, Hubei Province] Officer of the 610 Office Arrested Practitioner Xiang Debin
At 9 a.m. on March 19, 2007, Mr. Xiang Debin was working at the Anda Transportation Company in Xian'an District, Xianning City, Hubei Province. Five policemen from the 610 Office arrested him and sent him directly to the Hubei Provincial Brainwashing Center.
