1. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Ms. Liang Xianglian and Ms. Zhou Meihua Arrested
On the morning of March 19, 2007, practitioners Ms. Liang Xianglian and Ms. Zhou Meihua were followed and subsequently arrested by police when they were posting truth-clarification materials. They are currently being held in the Yaojia Detention Center of Dalian City. Ms. Liang Xianlian's husband is blind, and Ms. Zhou Meihua's father is in a coma. When family members went to the Xiuyue Street Police Station to ask for the release of their loved ones, they were kicked out of the Xiuyu Street Police Station.
2. [Hubei Province] Qinduankou Prison Detains and Tortures Falun Dafa Practitioners
All of the Falun Dafa practitioners illegally held in the Qinduankou Prison of Hubei Province were transferred into the Fanjiatai Prison of Shayang City on March 20, 2007.
The following practitioners have been sentenced to imprisonment:

3. [Jilin Province] Facts on the Persecution of Practitioners in Shiling Prison of Siping City
The 610 Office of Changchun City sent people to the Shiling Prison to initiate a new round of persecution on practitioners held in the prison. In late March 2007, practitioner Mr. Huang Yuxin declared that the "five statements" he was forced to write were null and void. The prison wardens as well as the 610 Office of Changchun City were frightened and are now trying to intensify the persecution of Mr. Huang Yuxin.
Practitioner Mr. Liang Zhengxing has become extremely weak due to being tortured by the 610 Office of Changchun City. He is having trouble walking. Every day he has been carried out from the hospital by the so-called guards (they are, in reality, criminals) into an isolated room to be tortured.
4. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Zhao Chenglin Tortured in Wafangdian Prison
Practitioner Mr. Zhao Chenglin from Benxi City has been severely tortured by the Wafangdian Prison because he steadfastly upholds his faith in Falun Dafa. His head was severely injured, and he needed over ten stitches. His weight has dropped from 155 pounds to 90 pounds. He is now extremely weak, and his life is in danger.

5. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Mr. Liu Donghang Arrested
6. [Huangshi City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Mr. Luo Wen Interrogated Under Brutal Torture
Under orders from the 610 Office of Huangshi City, the police of Huangshi City in Hubei Province arrested practitioner Mr. Luo Wen on March 21, 2007. In order to obtain information on other practitioners, they interrogated Mr. Luo Wen while subjecting him to brutal torture. Mr. Luo Wen's life is in great danger after over ten days of brutal beatings. He has been sent to the No. 3 Hospital of Huangshi City. His chance of survival is unknown.
7. [Caoan County, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Mr. Lin Zhangyang Arrested
At around 9:00 a.m. on March 15, 2007, practitioner Mr. Lin Zhangyang from Anbu Town, Chang'an County was distributing Falun Dafa truth-clarification materials in Nigou Village, Liaoyuan Town, Puning City. He was arrested by the local security guards, who also illegally ransacked his home. Later he was taken to the Wushi Detention Center of Puning City, where he was held and tortured for fifteen days. He has been transferred to the Sanshui Brainwashing Center of Guangdong Province, where he is being subjected to torture.
8. [Hanjiayuan Town, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Mr. Bo Liwei Arrested and Tortured
On the evening of February 11, 2007, practitioner Mr. Bo Liwei and Ms. Yan Xiuying from Hanjiayuan Town were arrested. They are currently being held in the Hanjiayuan Town Detention Center and subjected to sleep deprivation and brutal beatings as torture methods. Practitioner Mr. Liu Feng has also been held in the Hanjiayuan Town Detention Center and subjected to torture.
9. [Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Practitioner Mr. Chong Ji Forcibly Taken to No. 2 Prison of Huhhot City and Subjected to Torture
10. [Renqiu City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Bai Xiaoying and Her Husband Arrested
When practitioner Ms. Bai Xiaoying and her husband, from the Fifth Section of the Huabei Oil Management Bureau of Renqiu City, were distributing truth-clarification materials in the Staff General Hospital, police trailed them. At noon on April 5, 2007, the Daoxi Police Station, which belongs to a subdivision of the Bohai Police Department under the Jizhong Police Department, went to ransack the practitioners' home and also forcibly took them away.
11. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Lianjun Subjected to Strict Monitoring in the Jinzhou City Detention Center
Since March 2007, the Jinzhou Forced Labor Camp worsened mistreatment towards practitioner Mr. Li Lianjun. He was shackled onto the bed by his arm and sometimes shackled to the headboard while sitting on a stool. He was watched by two to three criminals around the clock, and he has been tortured like this for over a month. Mr. Li Lianjun looks exhausted.

14. [Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region] Practitioner Mr. Sun Jianfeng Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Sun Jianfeng, who works at Power Maintenance of Yinchuan City was arrested at his workplace by his employer and the Lanzhou City Railroad Bureau. He was forcibly taken to Lanzhou City. His whereabouts are unclear.
15. [Changle County, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Xu Huiqin and Ms. Zhang Qindong Arrested
Practitioners Ms. Xu Huiqin and Ms. Zhang Qindong from Xujiamiao Village, Wutu Town, Changle County were arrested at their home by police from the county police department and the town police station.
16. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Yu Xiuhua Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Yu Xiuhua from the Moping District of Yantai City was illegally arrested by police officers including Yang Yinhai (male) from the State Security Division of the Mouping District Police Department at 3:00 p.m. on April 4, 2007.
17. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Practitioner Mr. Hu Zongqun Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Hu Zongqun lived at the Hefei Electric Power Plant. He was forced to leave home to avoid being persecuted. At 2:00 p.m. on March 13, 2007, he was illegally arrested by National Security guards at the gate of the Hefei City Stadium.
18. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Supplementary Information on the Persecution of Practitioner Mr. Chen Lei
Practitioner Mr. Chen Lei from Harbin City was illegally arrested at home on September 29, 2006 by the Dafangli Minor District Police Station of Daowai District, Harbin City, colluding with the State Security Division of the Daowai District Police Department. He was then held in the Daowai District Taiping Detention Center. On January 24, 2007, he was sentenced to four years of imprisonment by the Daowai District Court. Mr. Chen Lei appealed to the Harbin City Middle Court on February 1, 2007. On March 14, 2007, the Harbin City Middle Court dismissed the appeal and the original sentence was sustained.
On March 29, 2007, Mr. Chen Lei was imprisoned in the Hulan Prison of Harbin City, where he is now being subjected to torture.
19. [Yangquan City, Shanxi Province] Practitioner Mr. Shang Jidong Illegally Sentenced to Seven Years of Imprisonment
In October 2006, police from Yangquan City arrested practitioner Mr. Shang Jidong. On April 1, 2007, Mr. Shang Jidong was secretly sentenced to seven years of imprisonment.
20. [Baoquanling Farm, Heilongjiang Province] Four Practitioners Including Mr. Wang Junlong Arrested
In January 2007, the Baoquanling Farm Management Bureau arrested and mistreated practitioners. Four practitioners are now being held and tortured in the Hebei Forestry Bureau. These four practitioners are:

22. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. Qi Cuiping Arrested While Going to Visit Her Husband
Practitioner Ms. Qi Cuiping from Danshuichi District of Wuhan City was arrested on December 19, 2006 when she and her daughter went to the Qinduankou Prison to visit her illegally detained husband, practitioner Mr. Xu Guoqing (who has been transferred to the Fanjiatai Prison of Shayang County in Hubei Province). She is currently being held in the No. 1 Detention Center of Wuhan City. Police still have not released her.
23. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Gao Guilan Illegally Held
On the evening of April 4, 2007, practitioner Ms. Gao Guilan was posting truth-clarifying materials when she was followed by plainclothes police officers. She was subsequently illegally arrested and taken to the Wenbei Police Station. On April 5, 2007, Ms. Gao Guilan's home was ransacked and some Falun Dafa truth-clarification materials were confiscated. Ms. Gao Guilan was illegally held in the detention center for fifteen days.
24. [Wendeng City, Shandong Province] Practitioners Including Ms. Chu Aizhong Arrested
At around 12:00 p.m. on April 5, 2007, practitioners Ms. Chu Aizhong and Ms. Chu Jinxiu from Shangguojia Village, Houjia Town of Wendeng City were illegally arrested at their homes by a group of police officers from the Wendeng City Police Department. At around 2:00 p.m., the police returned to the village to forcibly take away practitioner Ms. Chu Yinghua, and they also confiscated Falun Dafa books.
25. [Beijing City] Practitioner Ms. Zhao Chen and Ms. Li Chunyuan Mistreated for Their Beliefs
Practitioner Ms. Zhao Chen from the Beijing City Foreign Language Institute was released home from a forced labor camp in March 2006, but the Institute did not give her back her position. She has been missing since mid-March 2007, and her whereabouts have been unclear. Her daughter, who is attending middle school, is left at home alone.
Practitioner Ms. Li Chunyuan, a professor in the Department of Buddhism and the Department of Philosophy of the Central Government Ethnicity University, had been tortured in the brainwashing center for one and a half years. Because he refused to be "transformed," he was subjected to an additional ten months of torture. Finally, he lost the ability to take care of himself due to the severe beatings. He has been followed by security guards from Central Government Ethnicity University. In March 2006, during the two sessions of the CPPCC National Committee, he was again detained for one month. At 3:00 p.m. on February 20, 2007, he was forcibly taken away from home by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Committee of the Central Government Ethnicity University, who had colluded with police. His whereabouts are still unknown.
26. [Jiaozuo City, Henan Province] Practitioner Ms. Yang Yanyue Arrested
At a little past 8:00 p.m. on February 28, 2007, practitioner Ms. Yang Yanyue from Jiaozuo City was arrested by the Shenyang City Police Department, which had colluded with the Jiaozuo City Police Department. She is currently being held in the Qinyang City Detention Center in Henan Province.
27. [Dongping County, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhang Chunxiang Illegally Subjected to Forced Labor
On February 24, 2007, practitioner Ms. Zhang Chunxiang was clarifying the truth in Xiaoanshan Township of Liangshan County when she was arrested by officers from the Xiaoanshan Police Station. Subsequently she was taken to the Brainwashing Center of Taiqian County in Henan Province. During that period of time, her family members were not allowed to visit her. She is currently being transferred to the Jinan City Women's Forced Labor Camp in Shandong Province by the Liangshan County Police Department and subjected to continued torture.
28. [Yibin City, Sichuan Province] Practitioners Ms. He Jirong and Ms. Tang Yanyang Arrested With No Justifiable Reasons
In March 2007, the CCP Departments of Jiang'an County in Yibin City searched for and found truth-clarification materials that were sent through mail. They therefore suspected that those materials were sent by practitioners Ms. He Jirong and Ms. Tang Yanyang from Xuyong County. On April 3, 2007, the 610 Offices and the State Security Divisions of Jiang'an County and Luzhou City jointedly arrested Ms. He Jirong and Ms. Tang Yanyang and ransacked their homes. They confiscated computers among other items. At present, these two practitioners are being held in the Yibin City Detention Center.
29. [Yibin City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Mr. Wang Xiuchang's Home Illegally Ransacked
On April 4, 2007, over twenty police officers, including Ye Zhangxue (male), from the 610 Office and the State Security Division of Wenxing County, illegally broke into the home of practitioner Mr. Wang Xiuchang and confiscated the precious book Zhuan Falun as well as some truth-clarifying materials.
30. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Mr. Song Hongfeng Forcibly Taken to Sanshui Brainwashing Center
Practitioner Mr. Song Hongfeng from Guangzhou City was illegally subjected to one and a half years of forced labor, but he still steadfastly practiced Falun Dafa. Because of this, even after he completed his forced labor term, he was secretly transferred to the Sanshui Brainwashing Center in Guangdong Province to be subjected to continued torture.
31. [Xiantao City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Mr. Mao Yiqiang from Sanfutan Town Arrested
At 9:30 a.m. on March 21, 2007, practitioner Mr. Mao Yiqiang was doing metalwork at home when a group of people from the Sanfutan Town Police Station suddenly broke into his home and forcibly arrested him. Mr. Mao was taken to the Wuhan Provincial Brainwashing Center.

32. [Wu'an City, Hebei Province] Practitioners Including Mr. Li Haiqi Arrested
On the evening of March 21, 2007, four practitioners from Wu'an City, Hebei Province, including Mr. Li Haiqi, Ms. Zhang Gaiye and Ms. Lu Guoxia, were illegally arrested by police from the Criminal Police Troupe of Wu'an City when they were distributing truth-clarifying materials. They are currently being held by the Criminal Police Troupe.
On the morning of the following day, police from the 610 Office and the police station ransacked the homes of the arrested practitioners.

33. [Qiqihar City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Practitioners Mr. Tao Yongchun and Ms. Xiao Jia Arrested
On January 21, 2007, four practitioners, including Mr. Tao Yongchun and Ms. Xiao Jia from Fulaerji District of Qiqihar City, were distributing truth-clarification materials in Huamin Township, Longjiang County, and they were reported to police by villagers. Subsequently they were illegally arrested by the Huamin Township Police Station. Two practitioners walked away with righteous thoughts on the same day and had to leave home to avoid being arrested again. Mr. Tao Yongchun and Ms. Xiao Jia were taken to the Detention Center of Longjiang County on the following day and have been held there for the past 48 days. On around January 25, 2007, police broke into the home of Mr. Tao and illegally confiscated Teacher's photo, Falun Dafa books, truth-clarification materials, recorders, mp3 players, and other items. The two practitioners are still being held in the Detention Center of Longjiang County.
34. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Mr. Xu Zhongyou Arrested
On March 15, 2007, practitioner Mr. Xu Zhongyou was searched by several police officers from the Town Police Station. They confiscated some equipment and materials with a total value of over seven thousand yuan.
Mr. Xu Zhongyou wisely escaped, but his wife fainted from fear. Her family members had to invite a village doctor to come to give her intravenous injections. At that time, police were standing at the gate watching over her. At a little past 10:00 p.m., when the police left for a while, his wife also escaped.
35. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Police Officers Including He Xiaoguang from Changyi City Torturing Practitioner Mr. Xin Xin
At around 7:30 p.m. on January 24, 2007, practitioner Mr. Xin Xin was working with a fellow male practitioner to repair his home computer when someone knocked at the door. Upon opening the door, he recognized that the person was police officer He Xiaoguang (male), who stated, "Your neighbors reported that you carried something up there. Let me see what it is." He Xiaoguang then made a phone call. Within less than five minutes, a group of police officers from the Weichang Police Station arrived and started to ransack the home. They confiscated two high-speed network laser printers, two color inkjet printers, one paper cutter, five cases of printer paper, two rolls of transparent tape, 33 pounds of toner, and other items. After they ransacked the home, they locked Mr. Xin Xin in the large iron cell in the Changyi City Police Department. At a little past 3:00 p.m. On March 23, 2007, Mr. Xin Xin was taken into the Detention Center of Jilin City where he is being tortured.

36. [Linghai City, Liaoning Province] Four Practitioners Including Ms. Liu Mei Arrested
On the evening of April 5, 2007, four practitioners from Jianye Township, Linghai City in Liaoning Province, Ms. Liu Mei, Mr. Guo Feng, Mr. Hu Huiwen and Ms. Li Xiulan, went to Yanjia Town, Linghai City to distribute truth-clarification materials. They were illegally arrested by the Yanjia Town Police Station. These four practitioners are currently being held in the Yanjia Town Police Station. Their family members have been prevented from visiting them.

On April 5, 2007, practitioner Ms. Zhao Limei from Li County went to the Procuratorate to file a lawsuit against the persecutors who mistreated her. On April 6, the 610 Office of Li County colluded with the police department to arrest her. She is currently being held in the county detention center.
