1. [Heilongjiang Province] Suihua Forced Labor Camp Burned Mr. Peng Shuquan's Finger Nails with a Lighter
Practitioner Mr. Peng Shuquan, about 40 years old, from Muling City, Heilongjiang Province was arrested in February 2007 by policemen from the Harbin Railway Police Department. He was then detained at the Suihua Forced Labor Camp where he was tortured by the prison guards. Consequently, Mr. Peng could no longer walk without assistance. The prison guards also burned all of Mr. Peng's fingernails with a lighter until they turned black and fell off.
2. [Meihekou City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Song Xiujing Taken into Custody
On the morning of June 27, 2007, Meng Xiangmin, head of the Hongmei Township Police Sub-Department, Meihekou City, Jilin Province and 8 to 9 policemen forced their way into and ransacked practitioner Ms. Song Xiujing's home. Then they took Ms. Song to the Meihekou City Detention Center.

3. [Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province] Practitioner Mr. Zheng Shengke Illegally Detained
Mr. Zheng Shengke, 29 years old, was a computer engineer for Shunliang Joint Venture. On the afternoon of May 13, 2007 he was detained by the police while clarifying the truth about the persecution of Falun Dafa in China. The evildoers snatched away his laptop computer, printer, two mobile phones, bank card and bank deposit certificates. Mr. Zhang has been detained and persecuted at the Shangcheng District Police Sub-department ever since.

4. [Liaoning Province] Mashanjia Forced Labor Camp Authorities Tortured Practitioner Ms. Wang Guiling and Others
On the afternoon of May 19, 2007, while held at the Mashanjia Forced Labor Camp practitioner, Ms. Wang Guiling was severely tortured for refusing to sign her name on the monthly examination form for detainees. Prison guard Zhang Guojun brought her to a storeroom, handcuffed her and then pressed her head toward an iron bed with great force. He shocked her hands, head and chest with an electric baton. He also punched and kicked her, and then tied up her hands and pull them in the opposite directions. The torture lasted for about three hours.
Practitioner Ms. Sun Xiaojing was held at the No. 1 Division of Mashanjia Forced Labor Camp and was forced to do a large amount of sewing work every day. She had to work for as long as 18 hours. If she failed to fulfill the quota she would suffer from the torture called the "Big Hang Up" (1).
5. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. He Meirong Missing and Her Daughter Ms. Wang Yan Taken into Custody
Sixty-five-year-old practitioner Ms. He Meirong from Changchun went missing in February 2007 and her whereabouts are still unknown. Her daughter Ms. Wang Yan was abducted by the police near the post office of the Changchun Railway Station.
6. [Gaizhou City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Gong Enrong and Ms. Gong Yue'e Taken into Custody
On the afternoon of June 25, 2007, policemen from the National Security Division of the Gaizhou Police Department and the Shuangtai Township Police Station broke into practitioner Ms. Gong Enrong's house and abducted her. The evildoers then ransack the house and stole the family computer, printer and some other items worth 10,000 yuan. When Ms. Gong Enrong's daughter Ms. Gong Yue'e and son went to stop the policemen, they were also detained.
After being taken to the Shuangtai Township Police Station, the police extorted 5,000 yuan from the family before they released her son. Now Ms. Gong Emnrong and Ms. Gong Yue'e have been detained at Bayuquan Detention Center.
7. [ZiboCity, Shandong Province] Practitioner Diao Chunhua Tortured
On April 19, 2007, policemen from the Zhangdian District Police Station, Zibo City in collaboration with the officials of the local 610 Office abducted Ms. Diao Chunhua while on her way to work at the No. 3 Division of the Wangcun Women's Forced Labor Camp, Zibo City.

8. [Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Che Ping From the Jilin Sports Institute Seriously Injured
On the evening of June 26, 2007, Ms. Che Ping from Jilin Sports Institute was encircled by policemen when she was at the school dormitory. Trying to get away, she accidentally fell from the sixth floor of the dormitory and was seriously injured.

9. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Ma Mingyi and Two Other Practitioners Taken into Custody
In June, 2007, practitioners Ms. Ma Mingyi, Ms. Xue Yuling and another practitioner whose name is unknown were all taken away by the police. The three practitioners were all from the Designing Institute of Jilin Chemical Industrial (Group) Corporation.
10. [Boye County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Junting and Mr. Liu Shuxian Detained
At about 5 o'clock on June 24, 2007 practitioners Ms. Wang Junting and Mr. Liu Shuxian from Boye County, Hebei Province were reported by the locals while clarifying the truth at Shifo Village, Anguo City. They were then detained by the policemen from the Shifo Police Station to the Anguo City Police Department. On June 27, they were escorted to Shijiazhuang City for further persecution.

11. [Baoding, Hebei Province] Practitioner Du Sumiao Tortured
On April 17, 2007, Yan Yibing, political commissar of the Jiannan Police Station, Baodian City and a group of policemen under his command detained practitioner Ms. Du Subiao and her husband who is not a practitioner. The evildoers stole the family computer, two laptops and three printers, a burner, mobile phones and some other private items totaling more than 20,000 yuan.

12. [Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Nie Xiuchun Taken into Custody
On June 25, 2007, Practitioner Ms. Ye Xiuchun from Chahayang State Farm, Heilongjiang Farm Bureau was abducted by the police from the farm. Now she is detained at the farm's detention center. Ms. Nie went on a hunger strike for three days to protest the illegal detention.

In the morning of June 21, 2007, policemen from the former Taiping District National Security Division, Harbin City took away practitioner Ms. Li Jinku. Now she is being held at the No. 2 Detention Center.
14. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Practitioners Cheng Xiu'e and Qin Yueling Tortured
Practitioner Ms. Cheng Xiu'e from Zhangjiakou City was taken into police custody on May 12, 2007. On June 16, she suffered from serious symptoms of the brain and was sent to No. 251 Hospital. She was discharged from the hospital on the evening of May 16.
Practitioner Ms. Qin Yueling is still continuing her hunger strike while in detention.
15. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Zheng Linxiu Sent to a Forced Labor Camp
On April 18, 2007, practitioner Ms. Zheng Linxiu was seized by the police at a rented house in Weifang City, Shandong Province. The policemen from the City Police Department and Kuiwen District Police Sub-department stole a computer, printer, some Falun Dafa materials and more than ten thousand yuan in cash. Around May 20 she was escorted to the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp and the authorities plan to detain her there for one year.
16. [Chisheng County, Hebei Province] Local Policemen and Officials Took Away Satellite Receivers and Related Parts
On June 25, 2007 the policemen from the Shicheng County National Security Division in collaboration with more than 20 officials from Dongmao Township went to practitioners' homes at Zhongliuwan Village and Guzifang Village in Wangquansi Township and confiscated satellite receivers and five to six transponders.
17. [Dongguan, Guandong Province] Practitioners Mr. Wu Weiwei and Ms. Yue Ling Taken Away by the Police
On the morning of June 27, 2007, policemen from the 610 Office went to the workplace of Mr. Wu Weiwei and Ms. Yue Ling and took them away by force. Now the whereabouts of the two practitioners are unknown.
18. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Dong Jizeng Detained
On the afternoon, June 25, 2006, Wang Zhigui and other policemen from the Tian'e Police Station of Baoding City forced their way into and ransacked practitioner Mr. Dong Jizeng's home. The evildoers stole two copies of "Nine Commentaries on Communist Party" and more than ten truth-clarification VCDs. Mr. Dong was taken to the Tian'e Police Station where he was illegally detained.

On June 21, 2007, when Ms. Luo Chunxian, Ms. Xia Yuanlan and some other practitioners were sending forth the righteous thoughts near the Liudaowan Detention Center in Urumqi City; they were abducted by policeman Wang XX from the Shuiqu Police Sub-Department and their houses were also been ransacked. On the following morning the policemen tricked practitioner Ms. Wang Yumei out of her home, abducted her and ransacked her house. Now these practitioners have all been detained at the Liudaowan Detention Center, Shuiqu District, Urumqi City.

24. [Yichang City, Hubei Province] Practitioners Ms. Zhang Bo, Ms. Fan Changhua and Ms. Wang Kaihua Tortured
Practitioner Ms. Zhang Bo from Yichang City, Hubei Province was taken to a detention center by policemen from the Xiling Police Station on June 3, 2007 and was detained for 20 days.
Ms. Fan Changhua has been secretly sentenced and is now held at the Yichang No. 1 Detention Center. Ms Wang Kaihua was takem to Wuhan Brainwashing Center in May 2007.

25. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Ms. Fang Aiping from Guangzhou Taken into Custody
Practitioner Ms. Fang Aioping from Yuexiu District, Guangzhou City was detained on June 18, 2007 while handing out truth-clarification materials and her whereabouts are still unknown.
26. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Shen Hongyang, Ms. Cheng Jing and Ms. Feng Yu Taken into Custody
On the evening of June 22, 2007, Ms. Cheng brought Ms. Feng Yu to practitioner Shen Hongyan' home. At about 11 o'clock suddenly the electricity was cut out. A group of people who were not identified forced their way into the room and abducted the three practitioners with force. The thugs also stole all the Falun Dafa books, truth-clarification materials, three computers, a printer and some other items. Ms. Shen Hongyan is now held at the Wuhan City Women's Detention Center. Ms. Cheng Jing and Ms. Feng Yu are locked up at the Feiyangyuan Brainwashing Center in Wuchang City.
27. [Tongliao City, Neimenggu] Practitioners Mr. Han Naijun, Mr. Yan Jialiang and Ms. Zhang Yanmei Taken into Custody
Practitioners from Tongliao City, Neimenggu Autonomous Region Mr. Han Neijun and Mr. Yan Jialiang did not return home on June 27, 2007 after going out to hand out the truth-clarification materials. On the following day Mr. Han's wife Ms. Zhang Yanmei was also taken away.
28. [Qidong County, Hunan Province] Ms. Zhou Zhongtian and Some Other Practitioners Taken into Custody
On the evening of June 24, 2007, practitioners Ms. Zhou Zhongtian and Ms. Tan Luyun from Qidong County, Hengyang City were walking on Zhengzhong Road of the county when all of a sudden a dozen or so policemen appeared. They barbarically beat the two practitioners and then carried them onto a police car. After arriving at the police department Ms. Zhou Zhongtian was unable to stand on her own and fell to the floor. When the policemen found that she really could not move they sent her to hospital.
In another development, practitioners Mr. Kuang Zongyao, Ms. Tan Cuixiu and Ms. He Qionghui were abducted and locked up at a detention center on June 14. Their families are not allowed to visit them.
29. [Chongqing City] Practitioner Ms. Zhao Fengxia and Her Mother Taken into Custody
On June 21, 2007, police detained practitioner Ms. Zhao Fengxia and her mother from Shaoyun District, Tongliang in Chongqing City while they were clarifying the truth about Falun Gong near Shangqingsi Primary School. They are now held at Yuzhong District Detention Center, Chongqing City.
30. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Ms. Lan Shaomei and Her Family Members Taken into Custody
On the afternoon of June 28, 2007, practitioner Ms. Lan Shaomei from Fanyu District of Guangzhou City was abducted by the police in Shunde City. Her son, brother and mother, who are not Falun Gong practitioners, were also taken away. Afterwards, the police ransacked her house.
31. [Luohe City, Henan Province] Practitioner Yan Tianwen Taken into Custody
On the afternoon of June 20, 2007, when practitioner Yan Tianwen from Luohe City, Henan Province was walking on the sidewalk with her grandson in her arms, two cars, one black and one white, suddenly stopped by her side. Seven or eight policemen came out of the car and pushed her to the ground. They kicked and punched her before dragging her into the car.
32. [Changchun City Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Lili Has Been Sentenced to One-and- a-Half Years of Forced Labor
On May 9, 2007, practitioner Ms. Wang Lili was taken away by the police when attending a Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference in Changchun. She was severely tortured until she was totally disfigured. It is learned that she was sentenced to one-and-a-half years of forced labor. She is now held at the No. 3 Division, Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp in Changchun.
33. [Yiyang City, Hunan Province] Practitioners Ms. Jia Yihong and Ms. Chang Jinghua Taken into Custody
On the evening of June 25, 2007 practitioners Ms. Jia Yihong and Ms. Chang Jinghua from Yiyang City were taken away by the policemen from Heshan Police Sub-department while clarifying the truth about the persecution of Falun Gong. Then the evildoers ransacked their houses and confiscated Falun Dafa works and all the equipment for making the truth-clarification materials. Now the two practitioners have been detained at Heshan Police Sub-department.

34. [Guangzhou City, Guandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Lin Zhenyao Taken into Custody
On the morning of June 19, 2007, seven or eight evildoers from the Haizhu District 610 Office and Ganghai Police Station went to take away Ms. Lin Zhenyao from her home.

35. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Ms. Jiang Xiaowen Taken into Custody
Practitioner Ms. Jiang Xiaowen from Luohu District, Shenzhen City has been taken away by the Luohu District 610 Office.
36. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Gao Chunzi and Other Practitioners Taken into Custody
On the evening of May 8, 2007, three elderly practitioner from Jidianqi Residential Area, Acheng City Ms. Gao Chunzi (66 years old), Ms. Yan Shuyun (67) and Ms. Wang Xiuzhi (71) were reported to the police while handing out truth-clarification materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. The policemen from the Acheng Police Department detained the three practitioners and their driver. Now they are still held at Acheng City's No. 1 Detention Center. The driver was released after being detained for 15 days.

On the evening of May 2007, practitioner Mr. Zhou Shujun from Renshou County was abducted while handing out truth-clarification materials at Chihang Township. He is now still held by the police. The evildoers threatened to sentence him to three to five years imprisonment. They also forced Mr. Zhou's family to pay 5,000 yuan cash.
39. [Guizhou Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Youqing Taken into Custody
Early March 2007, practitioner Ms. Li youqing from the Zunyi Medical Institute, Guizhou City has been arrested by the security department of the institute. Now his whereabouts are still unknown.
40. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] Mr. Meng Junluo and Other Practitioners Taken into Custody
On the afternoon of June 22, 2007, policemen from Zhaojuan Township, Hengshui City forced their way into practitioner Mr. Meng Junluo's home and ransacked the house. The policemen twisted his arms backwards and dragged him into the house. The evildoers stole Falun Dafa books, copies of Minghui Weekly, portraits of Teacher Li, a cassette recorder and an MP3 player.
At noon the on same day, policemen also took away Ms. Shi Yanli and Ms. Han Qiwen from Gongqiao Village, Zhaoquan Township and sent them to the Hengshui City Detention Center. Now the two practitioners are still held there.

41. [Zhongwei City, Jingxia] Practitioner Mr. Qin Wanfu and His Wife Taken into Custody
In the early hours of June 27, 2007, over 70-year-old practitioner Mr. Qin Wanfu and his wife from Zhongwei City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region were taken away by policemen from the Wenchang Police Station, Zhongwei City. Now the couple are held at the Wenchang Police Station.

43. [Yulin City, Guangxi] Practitioner Ms. Tang Ping Has Been Sentenced to One-and-a-Half Years Forced Labor
The Yuzhou District Police department sentenced practitioner Ms. Tang Ping to one-and-a-half years of forced labor on May 20, 2007.
44. [Wafangdian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Xiaofei Taken into Custody
Practitioner Ms. Wang Xiaofei from Wafangdian City, Liaoning Province was abducted at Changxing Supermarket on the afternoon of June 27, 2007 by policemen from the Gongji Police Station. Her house was ransacked thereafter and she was taken to the City Detention Center.
45. [Xingning City, Guangdong Province] Policemen Persecute Practitioners
On June 16, 2007, when practitioner Liao Haiying from Xingning City was handing out the truth-clarification materials on the street of Yenan Township, Xingning City she was reported by the locals and was besieged by the Township Police Station and the local 610 Office. Since Ms. Tang refused to cooperate with the evildoers it attracted a lot of people to gather and watch. Since there were too many civilian witnesses the evildoers had to let her go. Now Ms. Tang has been forced leave home to avoid being arrested.
On February 2007, practitioner Ms. Liao Juan was taken away by the police while putting up truth-clarification posters. Now she is held at the Sanshui Women's Forced Labor Camp.

(1) "Big Hang Up" - There are two forms in this torture: a. With both hands cuffed behind the back and only toes touching the ground, one is hung by a rope that is tied to the metal window frames; b. One hand of a practitioner is cuffed to one bunk bed and the other hand to another bed, and the two beds are pulled in opposite directions.
