For the past a few years Yang Chunyue, director of the Chifeng City 610 Office in Inner Mongolia, has been consistently persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. After his son died of a traffic accident, he himself suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and now is undergoing treatment in Beijing.

Lu Huajun is the director of the No. 1 Police Station, Baiquan County, Heilongjiang Province. Since July 20, 1999, he has been actively following Jiang's group to persecute Falun Gong and Falun Gong practitioners. Lu Huanjun has many times harassed and arrested practitioners and presented false evidence to jail practitioners. Practitioners have clarified truth to him many times, but he has never repented of his wrongdoings. Recently, Lu Huajun underwent surgery for a brain tumor. His latest diagnosis is lung cancer.

Li Hehua from Henan Province enlightened along an evil path in 2001. Because she was familiar with almost all the practitioners in the Anyang Iron and Steel Group Corporation, many practitioners there were persecuted. She caused great damage to Dafa in that area. About a year ago, she became paralyzed and was bedridden. She died a month ago. Her death has shocked others who enlightened on an evil path. Now few of them get involved in doing so-called "transformation" work to try to force practitioners to give up their belief in Falun Dafa.

Yuan Jie was the former manager of the Civil Administration Section on Hanzhong Street in the Qiaokou District of Wuhan City, Hubei Province. During his term of office he actively implemented the CCP's instructions to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. He participated in planning and directing acts of persecution and in monitoring and arresting practitioners in his area. In his district, dozens of practitioners were arrested and sent to brainwashing centers, detention centers, or forced labor camps. One practitioner was persecuted to death. Over a dozen practitioners were wounded or maimed from torture. In 2006 Yuan Jie died of caner at the age of 46.
