(Clearwisdom.net) Recently, Liaoning police transferred Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Yu Ming from Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Center in Fushun City to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, Division 2.

Dalian City practitioner Cui Dejun escaped from the Masanjia camp, and the police thought Mr. Yu was involved. On August 13, they arrested Yu Ming's wife. Yu Ming himself was transferred from Masanjia Forced Labor Camp to Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Center. After October 1, he was transferred back to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, Division 2, and was not allowed any visitors.

It was said that Cui Dejun's incident caught Beijing's attention. Therefore, the National Security Bureau, the Beijing Police Department, and the Liaoning Police Department worked together to persecute Mr. Yu. They wanted to force him to admit his involvement in Cui Dejun's escape. On September 2, 2008, Yu Ming's two-and-a-half-year detention term expired. Masanjia camp authorities planned to illegally extend his term by two months. Higher officers said the extension was "not severe enough." The Communist regime is planning to further persecute Yu Ming.

It was said that Liaoning Province Party Secretary Chen Zhenggao signed the document to approve the persecution of Mr. Yu. So far, at least seven police officers have been removed from their posts because of the Cui Dejun incident. Two deputy directors in Masanjia were reprimanded. The regime is trying to cover up this incident to the greatest extent possible, and even other guards in Masanjia are not aware of the true reason why the guards involved were removed from their posts.

Yu Ming is a practitioner from Shenyang City. This is the third time he has been sent to a forced labor camp. He had been illegally detained for eight years.
