CCP Leaders From Shancheng Township, Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province, Receive Retribution

Oct. 19, 2008

(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' note: Each time we publish news of this nature, we do so with heavy hearts. These people started off as public servants, but under the intense pressure applied by the Jiang regime, they were pushed into persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners. In the process of destroying the lives of kind, law-abiding citizens, they have sealed their own fates and inevitably faced karmic retribution as punishment. If it weren't for Jiang's wicked orders, perhaps their fates would have been different.

On October 5, 2008, five CCP leaders, all male, were driving to Harbin from Shancheng Town, Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Provnce. On the way their car hit a 16-wheeler. Gao Zhiwu, 38 years old, a deputy town chief; Jiang Wenchao, 32, Secretary of the Politics and Law Committee; and Bo Jiangfu, 34, a deputy town chief, were killed in the accident. The other two were severely injured. Guan Wenliang, 48, the Party secretary and town chief, lost an eye and a leg, and one of his arms was broken. Chen Chaowu, 36, deputy town chief, is being treated in an emergency department for a compound fracture of his leg.

The car accident caused immense pain to their families. Parents lost their young sons; wives lost their husbands; children lost their fathers. Party Secretary Guan Wenliang survived but will spend the rest of his life in misery. Their family members and relatives are having difficulty accepting the cruel reality of the situation and are grief stricken.

What on earth was the reason for their deaths and suffering? The local people all know the cause, and the other officials know even better. They all started out as regular people, but after the CCP started the persecution of Falun Gong, they were brainwashed and tempted by fame and self interest. They refused to listen to the truth about Falun Gong and blindly followed the CCP. Before the Olympic games they arranged for people to watch, report on, and arrest Falun Gong practitioners. They took away Dafa banners and spread lies about Dafa. Mr. Dong Liantai, 45, from Zhengjiu Village, Shancheng Township, went to Beijing twice to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa and twice he was detained and confined to a forced labor camp. He was arrested by the police and the leaders from Shancheng Township on June 24, 2008. He was tortured to death in Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp on September 19, 2008 (http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2008/9/24/100914.html). Two months before he was arrested he learned that the township leaders had designated him as a primary target for persecution.

Practice sites appeared everywhere after Falun Dafa was spread to Shuangcheng City. Falun Gong practitioners follow the principle of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance and they do not fight back when mistreated. They are no threat to anyone. Even non-practitioners praised Dafa highly, especially with regard to its miraculous effects on healing and fitness. Despite all that, after the CCP launched the persecution of Falun Gong, the leaders from Shancheng Township mandated that the leaders on all levels persecute Dafa and Dafa practitioners. They ordered the police to ransack practitioners' homes and arrest them. They extorted money and property from practitioners, blacklisted them, and forced them out of their homes.

After being detained for two weeks, Mr. Dong Liantai could have been released or placed in a forced labor camp. If the leaders of the township had released him, he would not have been tortured to death. It is a shame that the leaders didn't release him. A family member tried to send word to him that his daughter had been hurt in a traffic accident, but the police officer said it was too late. A couple of days later, Mr. Dong's relative got a phone call from a stranger saying that he had been sent to Wanjia Forced Labor Camp for two years. After "training" at Wanjia Forced Labor Camp, Mr. Dong was sent to Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp. When he was close to death, Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp officials called his family to get a letter from the township to let them bring Mr. Dong home. His family members and relatives went to the township government and begged Guan Wenliang, the secretary of the town, for a letter. Guan said, "Dong is seriously ill. Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp doesn't want to keep him and I don't want him, either." Then he drove them out of his office. Two days later, on the afternoon of September 11, personnel from Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp sent Mr. Dong back to Shancheng Township government. Nobody from the township wanted to accept him, but finally the officer of civil administration agreed.

The leaders of Shancheng Township colluded with He Wei, who reported Mr. Dong to the police. They persecuted not only Dong Liantai, but also his family and relatives. All those that participate in arresting and persecuting practitioners have been deceived by the CCP.
