(Clearwisdom.net) I am Qin San (anonym) and I am 37 years old. I am a new practitioner who began to practice Falun Gong in September 2008. Prior to that, I suffered from late stage, metastasized kidney cancer that had invaded my back and arms and thighs. I had lost most of my vision, lost my hair, and my mouth and nose were distorted.

I was a laborer working outside of my hometown. I had spent all my earnings and savings on a cure. Considering the crisis my family and I were faced with, I had no choice but borrowed money. I wanted to become a monk to finish out my life.

I went to a temple at Wudang Mountain where I stayed for five days. I paid 6 Yuan for each meal and 8 Yuan for daily accommodation, 26 yuan each day. Several days later I met an old monk. When I explained my intention of coming here the old monk told me bluntly, "We cannot accept you in this temple. We are running a tourism enterprise. You'd better find an old Taoist and see if he can take you as his disciple." Then he left. I was disappointed and felt I had to find an old Taoist.

In the middle of the mountain is a small cave in a cliff where a particular old Taoist lives. I climbed up to the cave step by step and finally found an opportunity to meet him. He said, "I have to depend on alms to live, so I am unable to take you in and save your life. Only the Master of Falun Gong is able to save your life, so you should find Falun Gong." I replied immediately, "My parents practice Falun Gong," to which he said, "You'd better to go back at once." I had no money. The man gave me 300 yuan for travel expenses. I appreciated his help and said, "Thank you very much! I only need 100 yuan." I immediately went down the mountain and returned home.

Once back home, my parents saw my terrible appearance and told me not to worry about my illness and just believe that Dafa can cure my illness. My parents played Master's recorded teachings. Because of my bad vision I could not read. I became very interested listening to the lectures. My parents also taught me the exercises. On the fourth day, Master helped me to purify my body. I excreted a lot of black substances that were something like water. (Actually I had not eaten for a long time.) I felt in high spirits and relaxed. While mediating I felt a blinking brightness in my eyes. Gradually I was able to see my father. My whole family was so happy.

I began to read Zhuan Falun at once and finished reading it within two days. When I read the Fa, the blinking brightness emerged again. I read many truth-clarification materials and quit the Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneers. I also read Master's other lectures and Dafa books and Hong Yin. Every day I studied the Fa and did the exercises and shared with my parents. I insisted on doing the exercises in the morning and in the evening each day, did the second exercise for half an hour and did the meditation for over two hours (single-leg crossing). I cultivated with my parents and the miracle appeared.

Two weeks later, all the tumors in my whole body disappeared, and my toenails resumed their normal color. My hair began to grow. My neighbors said, "Falun Dafa is really good!" Thirty-three days after I started practicing Falun Gong I regained my health. I took the book Zhuan Falun with me and went to another place to work again, to support my family.

With Master's arrangement I had obtained the Fa. Master is the one who has endured all of my karma and scooped me back from hell. Master has saved me, and Dafa has given me a second life. I appreciate Master's salvation so much!

I do not know how to express my appreciation to Master. After I obtained the Fa I woke up from the illusion of the world. I will cherish this precious time to cultivate diligently and do the three things well, and offer salvation to sentient beings.
