Audience

Vocalist from Shanghai: DPA is professional and beautiful

Vocalist Ms. Chen from Shanghai

Vocalist Ms. Chen has seen many Chinese companies' shows in the US but saw a DPA show for the first time on Wednesday. She said that the performers' artistic skills are very high and very professional. She singled out the excellent demeanor of the solo singers, the high level of their vocal skills, and the remarkable quality of their songs.

She said, "The company's management is very good, and the performers' skills are very good. I am fascinated. Their gestures are masterful. The overall effect of the choreography highlights different features and reflects rigorous and careful staging.

"The performers' gestures are a reflection of the careful management of the whole company. That is very important. In addition, the lighting and backdrops work together to create a harmonious and graceful whole. It is amazing that DPA has such a skilled group of performers of similar age and height, professionally trained and with comparable skills. This can be done only with good management and training by professional teachers."

Ballet Artist: I am fascinated by the DPA show

Ballet artist Francesca Malione and her daughter saw the first DPA Chinese New Year Spectacular show in San Francisco. She rated the performance as "absolutely outstanding." She enjoyed the music, dancing, costumes, color, choreography, and the performers' outstanding skills. She thanked the DPA for having spent "a fascinating afternoon."

Regarding the rich stories surrounding Chinese traditional dance, Ms. Malione said she was inspired by the spiritual content. Their dance steps and power were so elegant," she enthused.
