(Clearwisdom.net) On the evening of March 6, 2009, the Shen Yun Performing Arts International Company staged their third show at National Chung Hsing University, Taichung City. The company depicted China's traditional culture through Chinese classical dance and deeply touched the hearts of the audience members. Yin Weisong, Deputy Manager of the Technology and Research Department of Xufu Pharmaceuticals, said that he could feel the compassion of God in the performance.

Director of Board: The Performance purifies our souls

Mr. Xu Jincheng, Director of the Board of Haohan International Trade, watched the show for the first time on March 6. He was very impressed with the magnificence of the performance and spoke highly of the exquisite costumes and the dance movements, saying "Shen Yun Performing Arts is worth watching again and again."

Mr. Xu Jincheng has believed in Buddha since childhood. He thinks that Shen Yun has displayed the essence of Eastern divine culture in depth and in scope, and this inspires people to forge ahead with hope: "There are a few scenes in the show where gods and Buddhas appear. This purifies people's souls. In fact, most people are kind, and gods are influencing people subconsciously. The Shen Yun performance has laid a foundation for the renewal of people's souls."

Mr. Xu used to be in charge of the promotion of culture education in Taichung City. He believes that the promotion of traditional culture and ethical values will have a positive impact on education. He said that Shen Yun has momentum in Taiwan and hopes they will continue to develop vigorously so that they can set guidelines for eastern culture. "Human beings need art and they also need guidance. What I saw on stage has left a very deep impression on me. I hope after watching the performance we can all keep the spirit of the Shen Yun performance in our lives."

Executive Director: I have experienced the pure Chinese traditional culture

Mr. Liu Weidong, Executive Director of Risheng Chemicals, said after watching the show on March 6, "The dance movements were very lively and energetic; the backdrops were very exquisite and the costumes had a true flavour of Chinese traditional culture. I experienced ancient Chinese culture throughout the show."

Risheng Chemicals is a chemical company in which Liu Weidong is the Executive Director. He said he seldom watched performances of Chinese classical dance in the past, but the Shen Yun performance had touched him deeply. He was particularly impressed with Dance of the Snow-Capped Mountain. He said, "It's a Tibetan dance on the plateau. The colours on stage were very beautiful. There was also the Flowing Sleeves, in which the dancers had very long sleeves and when they danced, their sleeves looked like fans and made people feel their movements were flowing. The costumes set off the magnificent views."

Deputy Manager of a pharmaceutical company: People who believe in gods can feel compassion from gods

Yin Wesong, Deputy Manager of the Technology and Research Department of Xufu Pharmaceuticals, has watched the Shen Yun performances for the last three years. He said that people who believe in gods can feel the divine compassion. When talking about the show, he said with a smile on his face, "It's very hard to describe it in words. The costumes, the music and the backdrops on stage gave me a very pleasant feeling, both physically and spiritually."

Mr. Yin Weisong understands that Shen Yun performances display China's divine culture and passes on the message that good is rewarded with good and evil is met with evil. He said that even though some people do not believe in Gods, they are watching over people all the time. "Why is it that in ancient times, people did not need to lock their doors? That's because people all knew that they should do good things and they believed that when they did bad things, gods in Heaven were watching them. That belief is much more powerful than the rule of law."

He said that people in modern times have abandoned Chinese traditional culture; for example, they have stopped believing in Gods, and do bad things as if they were good things. The degeneration in morality is due to the fact that people have lost their kindness and righteous thoughts. After watching the show he felt "Gods are compassionate and [I] hope we can grasp this opportunity given to us. Ancient people said that there were Gods above your head. When you believe in Gods, Gods will manifest in front of you; when you do not believe in the existence of Gods, you cannot see anything."

Mr. Yin was particularly touched by the last performance. When he saw the characters on the backdrop of Knowing the True Picture Offers Ultimate Hope, he said, "I think everyone should come and watch this performance, and think about what Gods' compassion means."
