Karmic Retribution: Administrator Shi Aicheng Dies at 56

July 25, 2009

(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' note: In both Western and Chinese cultures, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. The universe will reward acts that are in harmony with this principle, while doing things such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

Shi Aicheng, vice principle of the Falun Gong "Transformation" School located in the Xiaobali Valley of Fengrun Town (now the Fengrun District) of Tangshan City, Hebei Province, died from a sudden cerebral hemorrhage on June 21, 2009. He was 56 years old.

In this so-called "school," Shi Aicheng used a white-hot furnace hook to brand Dafa practitioners Mr. Sun Jianzhong and Mr. Zhang Jiancheng, attempting to force them to "transform." Sun Jianzhong's neck and Zhang Jiancheng's feet are now permanently scarred. Mr. Sun is now in Jidong Prison in Tangshan City.

Despite this torture, practitioners neither complained nor expressed hatred, but continued to tell Shi about the principles of being a human being and the beauty of Falun Dafa. They also warned him that good will be rewarded with good, and evil with evil, but Shi said that he was not afraid of karmic retribution.

Before 1994, Shi was the deputy mayor of Da'anlezhuang Valley, Fengrun Town, Fengrun Village (now the Fengrun District) of Tangshan City. He was dismissed from his post due to excessive drinking. He often caused trouble when he was drunk, so he was transferred to the Political and Law Office of Fengrun Town. After Jiang Zemin began to persecute Falun Gong in 1999, a brainwashing "school" was opened in Xiaobali Valley in 2000. The facility specialized in the persecution of practitioners. Shi Aicheng was appointed second in command of the center.

At the center, Shi was always drunk and violent. He would regularly beat and curse practitioners, whose only "crime" was their belief in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. He also forced them to stand for extended periods or handcuffed them. He also molested the female practitioners. Officials from the Fengrun Town government, the First People's Hospital of Fengrun Village appointed by the 610 Office, the Medicine Hospital of Fengrun Village, and the Xiaobali Valley "Transformation" School collaborated to enforce medical treatment for practitioners whose lives were in danger from the physical abuse. Their only purpose was to keep practitioners alive, despite the torture.

Practitioners do not hold people's faults against them. They tried to help Shi to withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and stop persecuting practitioners.

Shi Aicheng, poisoned by the CCP, did not accept the reality of Dafa and practitioners' advice. At 8 p.m. on June 20, 2009, he suddenly lost consciousness. Relatives Shi Xiaoming and Han Limin quickly took him to the hospital after they discovered his condition. He was diagnosed with a cerebral hemorrhage and underwent emergency surgery. Shi Aicheng died at 9:40 a.m. on June 21.
