(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' note: In both Western and Chinese cultures, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. The universe will reward acts that are in harmony with this principle, while doing things such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

The following are several instances of karmic retribution to people who engaged in persecuting Falun Gong.

In the near future, people who treat Falun Gong kindly will see the wonderful results of their kind acts. Likewise, those who persecute Falun Gong practitioners not only harm others but have also brought about disaster for themselves.

Case 1: The Politics and Law Committee Head of Heshan City, Guangdong Province Died from Retribution

During recent years, Huang Hongcai (the politics and law secretary of Heshan City, Guangdong Province) never stopped doing evil. He was the mastermind behind persecuting Falun Gong practitioners in Heshan City, including their seizure, imprisonment, and resulting deaths.

In August 2010 Huang Hongcai and two 610 Office personnel, Zhang Guohua and Zhang Guoqi, went to Fuzhou City to search for Falun Gong practitioners who had left their homes to avoid being persecuted. They hoped to further persecute these missing practitioners but were unsuccessful.

On his way back to Guangdong Province, Huang Hongcai was drinking alcohol in a hotel whenhe suddenly died. After his death, the funeral and cremation were secretly carried out.

Case 2: Ji Liang, Team Secretary of Laishui County, Hebei Province, Died in a Car Accident

Ji Liang, former Party secretary of Nanqiulan village in Mingyi township of Laishui County, cooperated with the regime in the persecution. He monitored, framed, and extorted money from practitioners.

At around 12:00 a.m. on May 17, 2005 (lunar month), Ji Liang drove a big truck that was involved in an accident. His truck fell into a deep mountain stream and exploded. He was burned to death by the flames from the engine. Another young person in the truck managed to jump out and was saved.

Case 3: Policeman Zhou Yan of Madian City, Henan Province Suddenly Died

Zhou Yan, former deputy chief of domestic security team in Madian City, participated many times in the arrests of Madian City Falun Gong practitioners.

On June 2010, he suddenly died. The police department kept this news a secret. It was learned that he died only a few days after he persecuted practitioner Ms. Shi Huiyun to death.
