(Clearwisdom.net) Master has recently pointed out in the article "Be More Diligent:"

"I can see that everything is heading into the final stage. It's just that many people are afraid to acknowledge this reality and its progressive unfolding; that the number of lives to be saved before the final moment arrives has not reached the amount it should; and that there is still a portion of Dafa disciples that hasn't kept up. That is the key reason why the end of this undertaking still hasn't been enacted."

I realized that it is critical for us to find those former practitioners who have stopped cultivating.

Practitioner A asked me to go with her to Liutun in November of last year. Our eyebrows were covered with frost after bicycling more than ten miles to get to the village in a windy day. Over 30 villagers in the area used to practice Falun Gong, but they all stopped because of the persecution. The former practitioners were touched by our visit. One of them, Ersao, started to cry and said, "I can never forget Master. No matter what happens, he is my Master!" We also cried and I told her, "Since you think this way, Master will not give up on you. Please come back soon. Time will not wait for us! You have not realized how anxious Master is! Lifetime after lifetime, we do not even know how much hardship we have endured and how many millions of years we have waited in order to obtain the Fa. However, when it is the right time, we forget our real home. We are actually living in a hotel on earth." Practitioner A also added, "The sentient beings in your world are longing for your return. If you do not cultivate, where will the people that you have saved go? You have to be responsible for yourself!"

Master said in "Teaching the Fa at the 2004 Chicago Conference:"

"With human beings... when a being can obtain the Fa today in history, it's no ordinary thing--he's so fortunate! But as soon as he loses the Fa, do you know what he faces? It's really horrific, because when he fails to fulfill the major responsibilities and the huge missions that were bestowed upon him, then, accordingly, that's like the inverse of a being's Consummation, and he will truly have to enter the gate of no-life. You folks can't just go and abandon a person without trying hard enough. No matter what kind of mistakes someone has made, or what kind of a person he is, I still want to give him a chance."

Ersao dried her tears and said, "Please do not worry about me. I will for sure cultivate again. However, the tests Master arranged for me were too big. Although, I had difficulty breathing and was coughing, I still distributed truth-clarification materials. I did well, but why hasn't my physical condition improved? In addition, why did my son get in a car accident? Why did Master arrange such a big tribulation for me?"

We immediately realized that she didn't clearly understand the Fa and treated doing things as cultivation. She didn't realize that the persecution was arranged by the old forces. In addition, she had the mentality of pursuit when studying the Fa. We then shared with her from those perspectives. We stayed with her until 2:00 p.m. On our way home, it was still windy, so we had to walk back because it was too difficult to ride our bicycles. Although we were exhausted, we were happy. When we later sent forth righteous thoughts, we also added a thought to cleanse Ersao's field.

Several days later, we went to visit her again. This time, she acted differently and was angry. She constantly asked us questions. However, we were not affected by her emotional behavior and quietly sent righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil specters behind her. We also asked for Master's help. At the time, she couldn't speak coherently and she drifted from one topic to the next. I realized that was not her true self. I looked into her eyes and sent very strong thoughts of Mie (elimination). After a while, her attitude changed. I brought her an MP3 player and Practitioner A taught her how to use it since she was illiterate. She said, "Now I am clear-minded. You do not have to come to see me again. I will go to see you when I am able to return to Dafa." I replied, "Please don't say that you may give up cultivation. Please don't say that, no matter what happens. You should only think that you must cultivate and you must return. It is just a matter of sooner or later." She agreed with what I said.

A few months later, she came to visit us. She said, "I listen to Master's Fa lectures every day and have passed many tests. Once, when my husband was drunk, he began to curse at and beat me while yelling, 'I'll let you forbear! I'll let you forbear!' I was not moved and I didn't even feel a bit of anger. I didn't hate him either. From then on, he witnessed the positive physical changes in me and began to support my practicing Dafa. I now realize how to cultivate. I have also thrown out the messy stuff I used to worship. Master has also cleansed my body and he still acknowledges me as his disciple, even though I am such a sloppy one." Her eyes teared up and she continued, "From now on, I will do better so that Master will not worry about me and fellow practitioners won't worry about me!"

Several days ago, I went to visit her again. She was in a very good cultivation state. In addition, she has helped her youngest sister and another person in her village to return to the path of cultivation. I shared with them about studying the Fa as much as possible and not feel eager to engage in truth clarification activities. We can only save sentient beings when we cultivate ourselves well since, "Cultivation depends on one's own efforts, while the transformation of gong is done by one's master." (Zhuan Falun

During the whole process, I deeply feel that it is every practitioner's responsibility to help those former practitioners to cultivate again. An everyday person corresponds to an enormous celestial body, so how can it be a simple matter for a person who once obtained the Fa? As long as they didn't go to the opposite side, we should break through all of the barriers and help our fellow practitioners return to Dafa.
