Police Officers Receive Karmic Retribution for Persecuting Falun Gong Practitioners

Nov. 4, 2010 |   By a Clearwisdom correspondent in China

(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' note: In both Western and Chinese cultures, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. The universe will reward acts that are in harmony with this principle, while doing things such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution

Under the excuse of "just following orders," the police have willingly acted as the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) tools to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. Many who have participated in torturing, harassing, arresting and imprisoning practitioners have met with karmic retribution as punishment for their evil deeds.

1. Zhao Siqiang was the director of the Bazhong City 610 Office. During his term, he confiscated practitioners' personal belongings that included computers and cash. He also illegally detained them in prison including 70-year-old elderly practitioners. Zhao Siqiang died of a stroke at the age of 53 in January 2007.

2. He Yue, chief of Dongcheng Police Station in Bazhou District, Sichuan Province, died of cancer. Before he passed away, he often harassed practitioners in their homes. Before he died, he asked his family members to not take his body back to his hometown of Bazhong City, out of shame.

Officials from Wendeng City in Shandong Province Receive Karmic Retribution for Persecuting Practitioners

1. Yu Xuesheng, former secretary of the Wendeng City Political and Judiciary Committee, suddenly died at his desk in his office in 2005. Before he died, he had arrested practitioners and forcibly taken them to a brainwashing center. If they didn't give up their belief in Falun Dafa, the practitioners would be sentenced to forced labor.

2. Wang Zhaoguang, an official from the Songchun Town Ministry of Civil Affairs in Shandong Province, actively persecuted practitioners. He rode a motorcycle to run over and tear up pictures of the founder of Falun Dafa while shouting, "What retribution! I don't believe in it. What can you do to me?"

The practitioner mentioned to Pan, "You health is very poor. You are retired now and aren't too busy. You may borrow a copy of Zhuan Falun to read." Pan replied, "I have arrested many practitioners and confiscated many of their Falun Gong books! Who needs you to find a book? " The practitioner said, "Don't get angry. What I said is for you own good. " Pan Shuming was so angry that he trembled. He shouted, "I'm only letting you go this time. If you say this to me one more time, I will not treat you so politely!" Three days later, Pan died of a heart attack.
