(Clearwisdom.net) In "Teaching the Fa at the Great Lakes Fa Conference in North America" (Guiding the Voyage), Master said,

"Everything our students have done during this process is indeed remarkable. What's most extraordinary about you is that you're able to keep up with the Fa-rectification."

Master is handling the Fa-rectification. Master does not acknowledge the old forces' arrangements, and neither do his disciples. My personal understanding is that Master arranged the progress of renewing celestial beings in every dimension and every level. Surely, it includes many specific things arranged by Master in the human world, as well as the projects that disciples have righteously enlightened to from the Fa principles, and their cultivation states in each period. Since it is Master's arrangement, an event is a step in the unbelievable wonders and complicated cosmos' renewing progress. Then, what is the duty of a disciple in a specific event? It requires the disciple to understand what Master wants from the realm of a cultivating practitioner and from the Fa principles, then play his or her role with wisdom and taking full initiative. This will keep a student from going to extremes.

For example, every fellow practitioner knows the importance of Shen Yun. But Master also mentioned in Fa Teaching Given at the NTDTV Meeting,

"I require that the touring companies not stay in any one place for too long, because if they did, it would be really hard for the local practitioners and it would affect other projects. The problem [you've raised] actually occurred to me long ago. Back in the days when Shen Yun Performing Arts was being established, I made up my mind and decided to use young Dafa disciples for

this, so that it would not affect Dafa disciples' other projects. But there were still so many Dafa disciples involved in selling tickets and it was a lot of hard work for them, so other projects still ended up being affected."

Is it not Master's wish that other projects validating the Fa and saving sentient beings keep pushing forward during the Shen Yun promotion? Try to think this way. If these projects, especially the media related projects, and Shen Yun promotion are helping each other to improve, isn't that what Master wants?

But in some areas, when Shen Yun promotion started, almost all other projects were dropped. When ticket sales sagged, coordinators even spoke to the fellow practitioners who were working other important truth clarification projects, "How can you care about those things in the current situation?" Even group study sessions were for this project only. In cases where ticket sales were less than expected, instead of improving in work efficiency through improving in cultivation, they kept recruiting fellow practitioners from other projects, and repeatedly persuaded students citing "The Fa-rectification project being personally overseen by Master is more important than any other project." As a result, more and more people were involved. In the end, almost every one was doing this, talking this way every day. Referring to Master's lecture, is this what Master wants? If it is not, who wants it? If we were following the old forces' arrangement when we were working on such a sacred project, what was the magnitude of our loss? Were the difficulties that we had during the Shen Yun promotion related to our lacking a clear understanding of our true duties? Did our xinxing and our understanding of the Fa really improve during the Shen Yun promotion? If not, we just worked on a project and forgot our cultivation. If this was the case, how would the result change from not good to good? The same applies to the disciples who are planning to participate in the nine competitions at the TV station. Have you carefully and selflessly thought about what your duties are?

It has been eighteen years since Master came to the public to impart the Fa, and eleven years since Dafa disciples began Fa-rectification cultivation in resistance to the persecution. We should become more and more clearheaded, and more clearly understand what our duties are. To truly keep up with the Fa-rectification, we should understand what our own duties are in every specific event.
