(Clearwisdom.net) Agents from the 610 Office in Cao County, Shandong Province and from the Cao County Police Department assembled officers from the Cao County Domestic Security Division headed by Shao Dianwei, and from the Panshi Police Station on July 14, 2010. About 50 of them broke into two practitioners' homes at around 5:00 p.m. that day.

The officers climbed up a bamboo ladder, broke into Mr. Sun Guodong's home and ransacked it. They illegally arrested all the practitioners who were in his home: Mr. Sun's wife Ms. Tao Ping (in her 50s), his son Sun Hongguang (in his 30s), his daughter (in her 20s), and Ms. Liu Guiling. Mr. Sun Guodong was able to escape.

The officers proceeded to break into Mr. Zhao Wenxing's home, and arrested Mr. Zhao and his wife Ms. Ge Xiurong, who were watching a DVD of Shen Yun Performing Arts.

Mr. Sun Guodong was a former Cao County Industrial and Commercial Bank section chief. He was considered a reliable and good man at his workplace before his retirement. Mr. Zhao Wenxiang was a former deputy director of the Cao County Commerce Bureau. His wife Ms. Ge Xiurong had been diagnosed with a brain tumor and was unable to take care of herself, prior to her practicing Falun Gong. After practicing, her health was restored.

We have received no further information about the six practitioners since their arrests.
