Ms. Pan Shenghua was harassed at home on November 21 and 24, 2011, by officers from the Yuxing Road Police Station in the Hongta District. They forbade her from going out to distribute truth clarification materials.

2. [Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province] Additional Information Regarding the Arrests of Practitioners on November 13

Eight practitioners were arrested by officers from the Harbin City Police Department and held in the Harbin City No. 2 Detention Center. The practitioners included Ms. Tian Xiaoping, in her fifties; Ms. Wang Xiangfen, 56, retired employee from the No. 2 Grain Storage; Ms. Jiao Xiuying, 53, employee at the Department of Economic Information of the Municipal Government; Ms. Ma Hongxia, 46; Ms. Luo Yanjie, 53, teacher at the No. 6 High School; Ms. Zhao Tianling, 60, retired official; Ms. Liang Yan, and Ms. Luo Yanjie's son.

3. [Qingyang City, Gansu Province] Ms. Wang Meimei Harassed

Three officers from Dongzhi Township Police Station broke into Ms. Wang Meimei's home around October 5, 2011. They deceived Ms. Wang into going to the Qingyang City Police Department where they forced her to have her photo taken.

4. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Xiong Hanlian and Ms. Zhang Xirong Taken to a Brainwashing Center the Day They Were Released from Detention

Ms. Xiong Hanlian and Ms. Zhang Xirong from Yangyuan, Wuhan City were arrested on November 18, 2011, and held in the Dongxihu Women's Detention Center. They were supposed to be released on November 28, but both were instead taken to a brainwashing facility that day.

5. [Laizhou, Shandong Province] Follow-up of the Persecution of Ms. Sun Lijuan

Sixty-two-year-old Ms. Sun Lijuan from Zhushi Village was arrested on November 26, 2011. She was sent to her hometown in Shandong Province the next day. Laizhou City 610 Office agents and police arrested her again on November 28, and took her to the Dianzi Law Study Center (a brainwashing facility) after they failed to extort about 6,000 yuan from her child.

6. [Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Liu Yuqin Arrested

Ms. Liu Yuqin, from Meixi, Yichun City, was arrested in Changchun by officers from the Meixi 610 Office and Police Department. She is being held in the Meixi Police Department.

7. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Gao Xiwen Arrested

Mr. Gao Xiwen, in his forties, lives in the Huale Residential Area in Siergou. Two plainclothes officers from the Chunhai Police Station arrested him on the evening of November 21, and transferred him to the Zhongshan Police Department the next day.

8. [Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province] Ms. Zhou Xiaozhen Illegally Sentenced to Three Years in Prison

Ms. Zhou Xiaozhen from Huzhen Town was sentenced to a three-year prison term by Jinyun County Court officials in October 2011. She is currently being held at the Zhejiang Women's Prison.

9. [Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Wang Bin Has Been Held for Nearly a Month

10. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Xiuxiang and Two Others Arrested

Officers from the Taibaozhuang Street Police Station, Xiashan District arrested three practitioners in Xishu Village on November 29, 2011. The practitioners included Ms. Zhang Xiuxiang, in her late seventies, Ms. Wang Yuhua, and Ms. Sun Chuanyan. Ms. Zhang is currently being held at the Taibaozhuang Police Station.

11. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Ms. Tian Shuping Arrested

Ms. Bao Guoe and Ms. Tian Shuping from the Shengbei Community of the Shengli Oil Field were arrested on the afternoon of November 25, 2011, as they spoke with people about Falun Gong at the entrance to Shengli Oil Field No. 2 High School. Officers from the Binbei Police Station made the arrest. Ms. Bao was taken to the Shengcai Brainwashing Center. Ms. Tian's whereabouts are unknown. The two practitioners' homes were ransacked and their Falun Gong books were taken by the police.
