(Clearwisdom.net) I started to practice Falun Dafa in early 1999. With Master's compassion and protection, I have been able to steadily walk on the path of Fa rectification all these years. I have matured in cultivation and regard myself as extremely fortunate.

Initially, the informational materials that we distributed about Falun Dafa were mailed to us from other regions. The authorities started opening the mail and interrupted the materials' delivery, so for some time, our sources for materials were cut off. Practitioners rode motorbikes, traveling nearly 250 miles round trip, to other cities to get the materials. Since I lived in the outskirts of town, the materials would be left in my house and then distributed to several small groups.

At that time, the circumstances were severe. Many practitioners, whose names were on a police “blacklist,” were monitored and their phones were tapped. For safety reasons, I chose two practitioners who were not being monitored to pass the materials to other practitioners. We encountered a few dangerous situations. Once, a recently released practitioner was being monitored and was found to be in possession of Master’s new articles, copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, and other materials. He was illegally arrested and died as a result of torture. Another practitioner was grossly abused and mistreated for handing out materials. She lost consciousness from being tortured. She was released, and the police did not pursue the matter further.

Later on, we had our own materials production site. The police tried to find and destroy the site, but failed. During that time I continued to distribute materials from the production site to other practitioners.

I have been able to persist steadily in this role because of Master's compassionate protection. I would like to share a few points:

Most importantly, I paid attention to diligent Fa study and cultivation. Consequently, the old forces could not make use of any gaps in my cultivation to create interference. Master has repeatedly told us to study the Fa well and frequently. Thus, the key to doing our work well is to be diligent in Fa-study. We have a study group at my place. Although not many practitioners join in the study, we meet two to three nights a week, study Zhuan Falun and share our understandings. We make progress together.

Besides studying the Fa and sending forth righteous thoughts, I also pay attention to safety. I maintain a single point of contact while delivering materials. If I carry a cell phone, I remove the battery when I go to a practitioner's home. I try not to even use the phone, but instead talk face to face. I pay attention to cultivation of speech. I also make sure my relationship with family is harmonious and everyone in my family understands the truth about Dafa. I have delivered materials to other practitioners for almost nine years, yet my family is unaware of what I do.

I also regard this role as a cultivation process. I often look within myself and improve my xinxing. As I come into contact with practitioners from different areas while delivering materials, I function as a coordinator. If I heard of a practitioner who had gone astray from the cultivation path and was spreading false messages, I would immediately approach him or her. If I failed to persuade them, I would quickly forward this information to other groups. Everyone would do their part to stop those false messages from spreading.

We gave financial assistance to released practitioners who had been imprisoned in labor camps. When these practitioners returned home, we visited and gave them Master's recent articles, as well as copies of Minghui Weekly. We also shared understandings with them. The old forces tried to persecute individual practitioners in the form of sickness karma. We took turns visiting these practitioners at home and helped them to look within. We sent forth righteous thoughts with them together, studied the Fa and consequently they quickly recovered.

In the process of delivering materials these past years, I came into contact with those involved in producing the materials. These practitioners are remarkable, leading a frugal life. Often, they are too busy to cook and end up eating instant noodles. Some practitioners have only a few hundred yuan left after their release from detention. They have children to take care of, and yet they have persisted in producing materials and writing letters to clarify the truth. One young practitioner produced her own materials and went to villages to explain the facts about Falun Dafa. She was detained for a week and after being rescued, immediately resumed her truth clarifying activities.

I deliver materials once a week. I am a retired teacher and have many relatives. I make use of gatherings and other occasions to explain the facts about Falun Dafa. If I meet my past students or acquaintances and don't have time to explain the facts about Falun Dafa, I take down their contact numbers and call them when I have the time. A few of my relatives were in hospital. When I visited them, I explained the facts about Falun Dafa to all the patients and their family members in the ward. When my mother passed away, I kept her telephone book and found time to call her friends and their families. I would try to discuss Falun Dafa with those I come into contact with, such as during evening walks, while buying groceries, while getting a haircut, when repairmen come to fix things, etc.
