Suspects Who Shot at Practitioner Mr. Feng Kui Exposed in Changchun

Aug. 5, 2011 |   By a Clearwisdom correspondent in Jilin province, China

(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Feng Kui was shot at and illegally arrested in Shuangchengbao Town, Siping City, Jilin Province on June 5, 2011. Recently, the Chinese Communist Party's media inadvertently exposed the individuals who shot at and arrested Mr. Feng—deputy director Zhang Zhengpeng and officer Wang Ping from the Shuangchengbao Police Station.

Four days after the shooting, Siping Daily published an article titled, “Struggle Between Life and Death” by Song Yaguang on June 9, 2011. The article stated that Zhang Zhengpeng received a “criminal report” at around 9:00 a.m. on June 5. Then he and officer Wang Ping went to a supermarket to look for Mr. Feng. They followed him into a repair shop and then Zhang Zhengpeng shot Mr. Feng, hitting his left ear. The account that we've received states that Mr. Feng was shot in an alley outside of the repair shop on the same day. It is highly probable that these are the two officers that shot Mr. Feng.
