Chinese Communist Party Officials Withdraw from the Party

Sept. 25, 2011 |   By Clearwisdom reporter Zhang Yun from Toronto, Canada

(Clearwisdom.net) Since the first publication of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party in 2004, over 100 million people have withdrawn from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations the Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneer (also called the “three withdrawals”). From peasants to high-ranking party officials, Chinese people that joined the CCP organizations several decades ago are declaring that the vows they took when they joined those organizations are null and void.

Communist Party Upper Level Officials and Police Withdraw from the Party

Recently, many Chinese Communist Party upper level officials and police are calling from China to withdraw from the CCP. Ms. Wang, a volunteer at the Toronto Withdraw from the CCP Hotline said, “Someone who claimed to be a high official from the headquarters of the General Staff of the CCP Liberation Army called. He said that he had read the Nine Commentaries and other truth-clarifying materials about Falun Gong. He said that the CCP is corrupt and he was apprehensive about being an official of the Chinese regime. Therefore, he decided to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliates. Another official from southern China had been a CCP member since the age of 18. He called so he could make the three withdrawals. Also, a provincial party secretary from northeast China called to do the three withdrawals.”

Understanding the Truth

Mr. Han immigrated to Canada from China nine years ago. He had never joined any CCP organization. He said, “I now know that the information about withdrawing from the CCP, which was reported in the Dajiyuan Chinese newspaper (Chinese version of The Epoch Times) is very effective. Of course it would be best if the CCP would no longer exist.”

Since 2008, Mr. Han has urged his family and friends to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations.

He said, “The CCP is the vilest political party that exists globally. I was held in a forced labor camp for ten years because of fabricated charges. The experience of forced labor is forever carved into my mind. It was the most difficult period of my life. Because of this, I fully understood what the CCP is all about.”

Mr. Han said that when he was fifteen years old, CCP officials ransacked and searched his home and found nothing. He was hung up for twelve hours so his mother would turn over whatever wealth his family may have had. During the CCP land reform, which was a government initiated redistribution of land from the wealthy to the poor, his entire family lived in fear.

Mr. Han thought that the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party was well written and reflected accurately the CCP's violent history.

He said, “The Nine Commentaries almost mirrors of what I experienced. That’s why the CCP has remained silent about this book, because it is all true. What can it say?”

“I always believed that good will be rewarded with good, and evil will meet with retribution,” said Mr. Han. “Why are there so many natural disasters in China? It is the result of atheism.”

Witnessing the Awakening of the Chinese People

In Canada, there are hotlines for withdrawing from the CCP and its affiliated organizations in many cities. The hotline in Toronto is open around the clock.

Volunteer Ms. Wang said, “Most phone calls are from China, but some are from North America. People in China get the hotline number from flyers. Sometimes the numbers were written on paper money.”

She said that the record number of calls received on one day was just before the Beijing Olympics, when almost three hundred people withdrew from the CCP in one day.

According to Ms. Wang, the hotline receives over one hundred phone calls in a 24-hour period.

“More and more people are calling to withdraw from CCP and its affiliated organizations,” she said.

The CCP is afraid of Chinese people withdrawing from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. The hotline has received many unpleasant phone calls from pro-CCP agents. “Sometimes the caller wouldn't say a word and some would verbally abuse us and curse. The purpose is to keep the line busy so others cannot call.” Sometimes, such harassment goes on for more than a month.

Additionally, there is another volunteer group in Toronto that makes phone calls to China and tells people the facts about the CCP and the persecution of Falun Gong. The callers advise the people to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations.

Ms. Wang said, “There are fifty volunteers calling China at times and they may spend over three hours a day to call China.”

Chinese Tourists Withdrawing from the CCP Shout “Falun Dafa is Good”

There are volunteers to help people withdraw from the CCP at CN tower, Queen’s Park, Toronto City Hall, and other tourist sites in Toronto. The volunteers are witnessing changes in Chinese people. They are awakening as if from a slumber, seeing what the CCP is truly like and believing the truth about the ongoing persecution of Falun Gong.

Ms. Wang goes to these tourist sites to talk to Chinese visitors. She said, “In the past, some Chinese tourists were poisoned by the CCP propaganda and they harangued us, but this no longer happens.”

“Many tourists nowadays like to take pictures of our banner. Almost everyone can be seen taking a photo. Some still are hesitant to accept materials about Falun Gong and the CCP. But usually if one person accepts it, the rest will follow.”

Ms. Wang added, “Some members of tourist groups quietly withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. Some openly shout, “Falun Dafa is good!”
