(Clearwisdom.net) While Ms. Qing was tending to her crops on the afternoon of March 29, 2011, Xin Laoliu, the wife of Masang Village Party secretary, Cao Guoguang, came to visit her. She said that Wang Zhixiang, the director of the Danjingshan Town 610 Office, wanted to know if she was home. Ms. Qing took the opportunity to tell her the facts about Falun Gong, and told her that she and her husband should not participate in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.

Wang Zhixiang and the mayor of Danjingshan, Pei, brought about twenty people from the local government and Guankou Town Police Station to Ms. Qing's home about half an hour later. Some of them were wearing a police uniform and some were plainclothed. They surrounded Ms. Qing's home and ordered her to open her door. Several of them then forcibly broke into her home and confiscated her Falun Gong and other materials, as well as 5,000 yuan in cash. Liu Yuansong from the local government then drove Ms. Qing to Sanshengsi Brainwashing Center in Fenglechang, Guihua Town, where she has been detained for over four months.

A sign outside the brainwashing center reads “CCP Pengzhou Anti-Cult Transformation Center.” Ms. Qing was confined in a small room, about 18 square meters. Posters denouncing Falun Gong were put up all over the detention center, including the restroom. Ms. Qing saw some of them and immediately tore them down.

When Ms. Qing tried to do the meditation exercise, Zhang Xuemei, Qian Ying, and Guo Xinghui from the 610 Office pulled her legs straight, and then Zhang sat on them. When she was seen doing the exercises at around 6 p.m. on March 30, section leader from the 610 Office, Mao Shunzhi, slapped her in the face. Ms. Qing told them that they must not hit her because it violated her human rights. Mao replied, “You can go ahead and sue me. Nobody saw anything.” Ms. Qing was also beaten and kicked by officers Zhuang and Ou.

Tang Lu from Mengyang Town in Pengzhou once told Ms. Qing that if she did not give up her belief in Falun Gong they would torture her. She replied, “I am a good person. Why do you want to stop me from practicing?” Tang said, “I turn good people into bad people, and good ones should be tortured.”

At around 9 a.m. on April 30, 2011, the deputy director of the Danjingshan 610 Office, Fan Zejun, and officers Ren Changping and Chen Wanping ordered Qiao Lijun to tell Qian Ying to turn the volume on the TV to the maximum. When Ms. Qing went to turn the volume down because it was deafening, Qiao hit her head with a shoe several times and then started pinching her face, hands and neck.

Party secretary Wan Wenxue from Sanshengsi Village slapped Ms. Qing, and officer Tang Lu grabbed her head and rammed it against the wall. Clumps of Ms. Qing's hair came out. Her head was covered in dust and plaster that had come off the wall and the back of her hands were bleeding. Qiao, Guo and Qian then severely beat Ms. Qing until she fainted. Qiao then reported it to Chen Wanping.

Ms. Qing went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. On the fourth day, Guo told Fan to force-feed her. Yin, who worked in the kitchens, then pried open her mouth. Wang Liju used a tool to keep her mouth open, Wan Wenxue pushed down on her head and nose, while Hu Jianhua and Qian Ying held her feet. Guo then force fed her. Ms. Qing had difficulty breathing during the forced feeding and they injured her mouth, leaving her in pain for over a week.

Agents from the 610 Office took turns to interrogate Ms. Qing, including director Chang Ping, Chen Wanping, Fan Zejun, Mao Shunzhi and director Guo, who was transferred from the Justice Bureau. Fan and Guo interrogated her the most. Ms. Qing returned home on July 23, 2011.

Falun Gong practitioners who have also been arrested this year include Li Yongxian, Qing Guangrong, Zhao Yun, Tan Shunmin, Zhang Youyi, Lu Sanfu, Zheng Weigang, Zhang Guofang, Zhang Zhifen, Zhou Yusong, Liu Shunguo, Zhou Yuqin, Zhang Yixiang, Cai Daofeng.

Those now detained in Sanshengsi Brainwashing Center include Li Yongxian, Tan Shunmin, Zhang Youyi, Zheng Weigang, Zhang Guofang and Zhang Yixiang.
